I was nervous about moving, but the leasing team made everything simple. They kept me updated throughout the process, answered all my questions, and even checked on me after move-in to make sure everything was perfect. My apartment was spotless when I arrived, and I’ve loved living here ever since. Couldn’t ask for a better start!

The neighborhood community here at Bloomfield is one of the best I’ve lived at! I feel safe and comfortable. Everyone here is friendly! I live in a townhouse and it is very well taken care of by our maintenance man! The office is awesome! If I ever have a question it’s all ways a good experience! I highly recommend Bloomfield to anyone seeking friendly and polite staff and an again a great community!

From the moment I moved in, the staff has been attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the office team always makes you feel like a priority. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I especially love the natural light, updated appliances, and the overall clean, peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. It’s a great place to call home.

All the staff is professional and extremely helpful. Property is well kept and clean. Maintenance is always available when needed and very punctual. Very happy with my experience so far!

Year 3 of living here. No complaints as the office staff and maintenance staff are always taking care of me.

I feel safe here & Chris, the community manager does his utmost in providing professional services to his tenants. I recently moved from a less than complex, and was worried about my move in process again. The staff were so helpful and walked me through every step of the way. I could do most of the process online which really streamlined my move in process.

The property manager and staff truly care about their residents. I always feel like they know how it feels to live here and they always are willing to help with every problem I have in a respectful amount of time.

I live in a townhome and I could not be happier! It's amazing to be able to sit on my patio and grill out especially since summer is almost here. Great management and beautiful property!

It’s a fine place to live, very close to grocery/food. My issue is that the photos on here are nothing like the apartment my boyfriend and I got. We moved in 10ish months ago and everything said “NEW” this and that, but our kitchen and bathroom look nothing like what is in the listing pictures, not even close. Half the outlets throughout the place aren’t sturdy and there are so many rough spots in our carpet from whatever previous owners did here, carpet wasn’t even vacuumed and bathroom/toilet wasn’t even clean when we moved in. I did all of that myself. It’s and ok place but just be prepared that your apartment may look nothing like the photos and you may have to clean the place yourself when you move in.

Recently renovated and feels like luxury living without the price tag

I have referred numerous friends to this apartment complex in the Dayton area. They are very nice quality for the price. A woman by the name Audrey was very helpful.

The leasing agent was so helpful. When you call to check on an apartment,,, it turns out they have sister properties. The agent offered additional prices and different locations to help find a perfect fit. They really had my best interest at heart and weren't intimidating at all. They make you feel like you made a friend... and they take cats too! :)

Best place to live in the area! On my 4th year. Always happy to come home to a nice place. I have lived at some of the other places here in Trotwood and this one is by far the nicest. Costs a little more than the other places but is worth every penny. Never have any problems and the staff is always nice when I do need something. Just renewed my lease again. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a nice place.

I love living at Bloomfield. The staff are nice and informative. Maintenance is always quick and the ground are always clean. The other residents are friendly, and all seem to be professionals. My apartment was updated and convenient. The dumpsters are all close and easy to use for trash. Parking and other general on site amenities are nice. I would absolutely recommend living here to a friend or family member. The staff really treats me like kin.

I’ve lived here for over a year and every time I have an issue it’s fixed within the same day. I can’t say the same for the other apartments I’ve lived in
