A great community with a lovely Leasing office staff. Maintenance is hands down the best and very responsive to anything that needs attention. If you like modern living, this is the place. Occasional issues in the community but they are quick to respond and address the issues.

Amenities leave much to desire, especially when considering the monthly rent and other apartment complexes in the area. An improvement to gym and shared spaces, and adding additional options (sauna, putting green, outdoor workout space, etc.) can make staying in more enjoyable and not have to go out every time we look for a fun time.

I feel safe living in this residence and everything is typically cleaned and greatly designed. The only thing that is negative for me is when my packages get stolen. That’s a big bummer unfortunately.

The community environment and facilities are generally good, and I enjoy living here. However, I have heard some concerns from neighbors about safety issues. For example, there have been incidents where car windows were broken days before. This makes me a bit worried about the overall security in the area. Lived here for a month and so far no complaints. Amenities are clean, apartment is quiet. Maintenance staff are very prompt. Have felt super safe. I wish my phone didn’t lose service when in the elevator or parking garage, but I think all apartments do that. Bloom does provide wifi in the gym area and other common areas which is nice. Apartment is centrally located near shopping and restaurants.

Let me start off by saying the staff and maintenance crew at Bloom are exceptional. While, the qualifying process is lengthy it is warranted to ensure the quality of tenants that are being assessed meet a strict guidelines. Pros: Gym Staff New construction facilities Timely maintenance calls addressed Appliances Quality of workmanship in the building and units Cons: Parking space for guests is an issue Parking garage is so condensed for real estate that you literally can’t pass another car without having to back up when one person is coming around a turn. Cleaning near the elevators areas is lacking. These are heavy traffic areas that need attention. Homeless in the area and especially on the drainage ditch side is high. This leads to crime, filthy sidewalks, trash, arguments late at night, drug dealing, graffiti, and a lot of dangerous behavior being witnessed from inside the unit unit and on the sidewalk when walking animals in the designated pet area.

It's going great! Even though, the smell of cigarettes seep through my walls whenever someone decides to smoke in a non-smoking complex. Other than that, no other complains, a lot of the neighbors keep to themselves and are pretty quiet.

Highly recommend! The apartment complex is so cozy, clean, and thorough. This is a nice improvement from our last luxury apartment. While there are less amenity options now, it's less crowded and it feels more use-able.

So far so good! Maintenance team is very quick. A lot of community events for residents which is nice. Community spaces and hallways are kept clean. Sound proofing is good. The only thing is elevators are often broken and guest parking is always filled.

Leasing agent for unit was helpful and accomodating during the entire process. Floor plans available are okay. Building construction seems decent but not detailed ( painted over outlets and scratches on paint/handle fixtures). Nice neighborhood and nearby plazas but apartment amenities seems small and lacking. Skeptical if gym and pool area can accommodate 230~ units in complex. Would rate 3/5 but raised due to receiving 6 weeks promo and 1k move in bonus.

Overall my experience with Bloom has been positive; however, there are some nuances that I find frustrating. 1. The fact that when I leave my physical apartment there is no service & the wifi throughout the building never works is frustrating when trying to make calls/get work done. 2. My parking space could've been thought out a little better. The fact that I was one of the first people to move in & my parking spot isn't on the same floor as my apartment & somehow got the worst spot & hardest place to park is annoying.

Moving in was pretty easy. Had a few issues with ant infestations, which seems to be resolved now. Living on the first floor is very noisy when windows are open due to the traffic outside. Office staff and maintenance staff are great!

It’s been great living at Bloom! I love that everything is so clean and new. Hopefully it can stay this way forever. Our move-in process was super easy, and now paying our rent and utilities is also pretty seamless. Requests are usually tackled in a timely manner (shout out to Enrique!) Can’t wait to start meeting our neighbors and making friends!

Everyone in the leasing office is so helpful, I’m sure all the residents are pretty new to the building and each person I’ve met is so friendly! Sky deck and the pool area are a great way to have fun/relax/enjoy free time with friends.
