Property Ratings at Blair Pond Estates
The only thing worse than the empty promises made is the lack of maintenance and care shown at all. Would avoid
The apartment building is almost as horrible as the company managing the property. Since moving in, there have been several safety issues, plumbing problems, and the apartment I rented was not move in ready, it was also filthy. The dog park is full of broken glass and dog poop and if you try to get in touch with the management, you will be ignored. Save yourself the mold exposure and frustration and do not move into this dump.
