I can still remember our first meeting with someone representing the property management company. She was sweet, charming, friendly and seemed eager to help my wife and I get in to this lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment she was showing us. Within two weeks of living there, we noticed the toilet in the main bathroom was over flooding and always clogged. We called the property management company and a plumber was sent out who discovered that a feminine product was flushed down the toilet and a lot of work was going to be needed. They sent us a $600 bill, saying we flushed it down the toilet. It does seem probable, but at the time my wife was 4 months pregnant. They did not seem to care. The complex and the people that live there are nice. Our apartment has appliances that would rival my age. The huge plus is the washer and dryer that is included in the unit. It's close to the 8 freeway which leads to every north and south freeway. Plenty places to eat nearby. We would be able to live here for as long as we needed if the property management company wasn't so unfair and rude.
