Living at Birdtown Flats has been an amazing experience! The management team is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, making it easy to feel right at home. I’ve lived here since July 2023 and have really enjoyed it. I first lived on the second floor with no issues, then moved to a bigger unit on the first floor. The appliances are high-quality, and management is excellent—Alyssa at the front is incredibly friendly and always on top of things. Jeff from maintenance is amazing, responding quickly and efficiently to any issues that arise. The only minor downside is being close to the gym, where you can sometimes hear dumbbells drop. However, management has done a great job addressing it, so it hasn’t been a major issue. The rentable community room is great for hosting, and the lobby coffee is always fresh and delicious. The Amazon lockers and package room make deliveries super convenient. The gym is well-equipped, even featuring a Peloton-style bike. I also love that they do annual vent cleanings in each apartment and deep clean the garage floors every year. Overall, I love living here and highly recommend it!

Great amenities, comfortable home, just wish the front door was handicapped accessible. The only accessible door is in the garage but there is no sidewalk back there.

I love Birdtown! Always feels comforting coming home. It's always well kept. The cleanliness is superb! It's a quiet building. No worries of loud or obnoxious neighbors. Its pet friendly and although I don't have pets, the pet owners are considerate of others. You cannot tell that it's a building with pets. I love the roof top views and the lobby space if you ever want to have a getaway space to relax and/or entertain. I love the available storage that is offered for those extra things that you don't need in your apartment. I also love the locker and Luxor room accessibility to keep your packages safe until you're available.

I've been living here since the building opened in 2020 and the more time I spend here, the more I like it. We've been very lucky with management companies. They have been very good. Staff is great, always trying their best to expand the sense of community between neighbors. There has been a lot of people moving in and out. Unfortunately, its taken a toll on the carpet and walls in the halls. Other than that, the building is great!

The office manager was really friendly and helpful, the way she communicated and explaining about the apartment the features and how everything works was helpful.
The Bird Flat apartment is clean, tidy, and well-organized. The building management is welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. I truly love this amazing apartment.
I’ve enjoyed my time overall so far at Birdtown Flats (3 yrs almost). Went through a few management/ownership changes but I personally didn’t experience anything negative with that. I appreciate how timely they are with maintenance requests or other inquiries/concerns. Only 4 stars instead of 5 due to the area/neighborhood/neighbors feeling a little rough or unsafe at times.
The current onsite management is friendly and responsive and they help make living here a pleasure. Overall, I love the location and my view. It's convenient to many areas I visit for friends and errands.
Neighbors are friendly and so are staff. Recently added community engaging activities to bring residents together and am loving it. Also added vending machines which are nice especially when wanting a late night snack.
We love Birdtown! The management and employees have been amazingly good to us! I love the gym and so enjoy having the gas grill on the deck. Management and staff are VERY fast responding to our needs. They are always so kind.
I've been living here since the building opened. The apartment complex is very nice and the community is friendly. The staff is great. They are helpful and cooperative, always willing to make the experience of living here a nicer one. Having said all of this, which is all true, I find the raise in rents too much, given our location. We're right on Bottineau which isn't quiet. Many things to consider!

It’s been a really smooth transition to MN from the east coast largely due to the Robbinsdale community and living in Birdtown Flats. It has easy access to the highway, a cute downtown that’s walkable, and feels safe overall. The maintenance team here is the fastest of any other apartment complex we’ve lived in. The apartments are spacious and reasonably priced.
Love the kitchen and appliances for the needy home cook. For the most part it is quiet and a friendly neighborhood. Location is great for walking to downtown Robbinsdale. Lived here for about 6 months and no major complaints!

Birdtown Flats has been my home since it opened in 2020. The staff is helpful and respectful. The apartments are super nice, modern and well designed. The amenities in the building are great. I have no plans on moving in the near future.

everyone is friendly! I love the rooftop. we use our grill on our deck at least twice a week. We live in the south east corner and love it!!

Love it. It is actually quieter than I thought. I don’t hear anything between the units. My views are amazing and people are all so friendly. I love the amenities in here and would highly recommend it.

A vary nice quiet location, and that's vary nice as a person as my self that works overnights. Close to work and a grocery store. Beautiful rooftop.

I have lived here for over 3 years and my only complaint would be the sirens from North Memorial Hospital 2 minutes away. All of the staff is very accommodating and timely! The amenities are above average. The building still looks new and is maintained well. The in-unit features are updated and aesthetically pleasing with a deck for most units. Garage parking comes with your lease; that's great! Parking for your guests is somewhat plentiful. Receiving various mail deliveries has always been secure and convenient. And the overall price you pay for this and more seems fair, especially considering the awful inflation most are subject to. 4 stars because nothing is ever perfect, but I would have given 4.5 stars if I could have.

Everything has been great so far. We’ve been living here for about a month and only experienced some minor toilet clogging issues. The community is wonderful and a nice surprise was that the water is soft. The kitchen is spacious with lots of storage. We love it here!

Birdtown Flats is everything my wife and I wanted. I have lived in Robbinsdale for 70 years. We love the town have many lifetime friends here. We enjoy our patio and love our view. Life is so much easier no mowing no upkeep on the house just time for us to do more. Thanks

Fabulous place to live ! The Management is great. The maintenance is excellent. If I have issues it is repaired within 24 hours. I also like the location in Robbinsdale close to many of my activities and friends.
