I haven't been here long, but am in love with my new space!! It's a new community with a modern feel. The amenities are top-notch and easily accessible to the residents. The office personnel have been welcoming, friendly, and professional! They answered all my questions, making the move smooth and stress-free. Another advantage is having stores, restaurants, and coffee shops within minutes- making the everyday life so convenient. The location is convenient and feels safe. Excited to call this place home!

Clean and quiet. Couldn’t have asked for a better home. Our dog loves the place and there is plenty of space for him in the home. We look forward to the events the front office holds!
Moved in and the office has been extremely responsive to all of our requests and the move went seamless. Houses are beautiful and spacious with the ability to have a personal garage!
I love it here! Great community and I love the amenities. They always have a food truck every Tuesday afternoon. Every Saturday they offer free breakfast in the club house as well.
Amazing staff and community! I’ve lived here for a yr so far, and the staff here is so quick and helpful. They do a lot to make sure the amenities are clean and are very quick to respond to maintenance requests. There’s also lots of community event which is a super fun way to meet the neighbors/ community!
The apartments are modern and well-maintained, with updated appliances and plenty of natural light. Amenities like the gym, pool, and clubhouse are well-kept and a great bonus. Overall, it's a comfortable, clean, and safe place to live. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and community-oriented apartment complex.

I recently moved into a new townhome and couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. The home is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with quality finishes throughout. The layout is spacious and functional, with plenty of natural light and storage space, which makes it feel even more comfortable and inviting. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and well-maintained, with friendly neighbors and easy access to shops, restaurants, and parks. Management has also been incredibly responsive and professional—any questions or minor requests were addressed quickly and with care. Staff targets certain crowds of people. They want to fine for everything, but when the trash isn’t picked up on the right day they don’t reimburse charges or even notify. The manager Laura has been helpful when she’s not busy. The rest of the staff is not friendly at all. The quality of the place is not up to par either. I’ve had so many work orders placed from bugs, to the ac unit, and the interior coming a part. It’s such a beautiful place just the wrong staff and mindset.
So far my experience here at Sonoma Ranch has been very peaceful, and everyone is friendly. Saturday complimentary breakfast is always nice to look forward to. Also having moving night as a community is sweet with snacks and drinks.

I love the facility itself. But cops have been called out to this location multiple times. I can hear domestic issues when I’m on my patio. Also if you work you can never use the pool because it closes at sundown.

We have lived at Birdsong (first at Leon Springs and now Sonoma Ranch) for almost 2 years and love it. This units are beautiful, and we get the feeling of living in a home (no shared walls, 2 car garage) but we don’t have to deal with the upkeep, maintenance, lawn care, taxes, etc. Just the best of both worlds! Our pups love going outside in our side yard or to the dog park. We appreciate breakfast in the clubhouse every Saturday and the movie night and food truck offerings. I hope management continues fining people for leaving trash cans on their porch (a valet pickup perk) and dog poop left on the grounds (using doggy DNA tests) so that the community stays looking beautiful.

Nice quiet community. Front office very helpful. Very nice amenities. Dog friendly. Close to many restaurants and other entertainment facilities.

From the very beginning it’s been nothing but amazing living here. The office is amazing and our wonderful maintenance guys are great! The community itself is stunning and I just love my home here. Can see myself being here for a very long time!

Professional management and reort style amenities. The apartment homes are upgraded with all the trim of a quality build. We love it here. Peaceful, I exhaled as soon as I arrived. Love making this my new home.
