I have enjoyed living at Birdsong Apartments for almost a year. The apartment itself is great having an attached two car garage and plenty of room in the apartment. Whenever there is a need for maintenance, they are always fast and it is done on the first try. I highly recommend Birdsong Apartments at Leon Springs.
Love this community. Moved here from New Orleans and this place makes me feel right at home. The work out room, pool, and Club House are amazing. In addition, the staff is always right there when you need them for anything.
One of the standout features is the sense of privacy and quiet—something you don’t always get in apartment living. It truly feels like having your own home, with the added convenience of professional maintenance and management.
Helpful staff and great maintenance team! Move in was a breeze and the community is so nice, clean and quiet, Parking is really nice too! Shout out to Deborah in the leasing office working with her was a pleasure.

I love my stand alone apartment, it’s quiet and luxurious. I feel like there can be a bit more communication, like when the complex has food trucks, we often find out after I already prepared dinner…so I rarely get to order from them. Also, when the complex first opened up, I feel like there were activities for the residents to be able to create a community but I feel like now the attention is just focused on opening up the many Birdsongs and paying less attention to the current residents. This complex is very expensive and I just hoped that the attention to current residents would be just as important as brining people in.
Very well run community! Any problems are corrected immediately by friendly knowledgeable staff. I am about to renew for another 15 months. Parking is not a problem and very handy for getting in and out of town.

I love the apartment. The space is perfect. The leasing agents and maintenance team are very friendly. However, I was disappointed that there is a distinct dog smell in the apartment. The carpets looked clean but I would have appreciated a steam cleaning and pet treatment before I moved in.

My experience at Birdsong Apartments in the last 6 months has been excellent. Whenever I have a question for the office, they are there to provide answers. I moved in only four months ago. By now I like this apartment community. People around me are very friendly. It's a peaceful place where I can walk around in the community to enjoy the neighbour's decoration for halloween and Christmas.

I recently moved into this townhouse and have been thoroughly impressed. The thoughtful floorplan makes excellent use of space, and the high ceilings add a wonderful sense of openness. The staff has been incredibly accommodating throughout the lease process and have promptly addressed any minor fixes. Highly recommend!
Renewing my lease for another year ?? it’s peaceful and quiet. I do wish there were more activities for the us to feel more like a community but other than that it’s good!
