My partner and I just moved in yesterday and so far Birchwood has been spectacular! The members of management are all extremely friendly and accommodating, the facility is updated and of the highest quality, and the community is beautiful. There were some issues with our unit that we noticed while touring, but they were able to resolve everything that we found. Since moving in we also noticed a problem with the dryer being broken, but the resident portal made it very easy to submit a work order to maintenance. I highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a home of high value and quality.

My experience here a Birchwood Apartment has been pleasant overall, I appreciate the management being there daily and ready to assist in what ever issue and concerns,with a nice friendly smile,the building cleaner guy always in point same time with cleaning of the building and sanitizing it as well,lately been noticing things that shouldn't be happening,being this is a clean and nice residence,leave it there happy here at Birchwood...

We love it here at Birchwood,the apartment is just our size,the management team is awesome here,also the maintenance guy is also awesome,the building stays clean,quiet,and most of all we feel safe here,not to mention the residents here are all friendly couldn't have found a better community here in Maple Grove to reside in,close to all the stores,just a great place to live here at Birchwood

Everything including everyone we dealt with at Birchwood was awesome. I believe the deposit was a bit steep since we paid a $300 deposit then a full months rent. Other than that we are both happy with our experience so far.

Super friendly staff who keep shared living spaces clean and always have answers! super great patio and outdoor area. nice location next to sam’s club, target and walmart. i’ve loved my time here.

birchwood has been the home my family has been dreaming of and now that we’re finally here we can say it’s a dream come true! management are super kind and helpful, there are so many available commodities throughout the building too! great place to call home.

Great staff and area to live in. Quiet and convenient to shopping outlets. Spacious units. Utilities is affordable. Respect tenants. Staffs are always on top and responses quick to needs and requests.

Great management and good quiet place to live. Very close to lots of retail and great restaurants. I love that it is kind of hidden in the woods. Would definitely recommend.

Birchwood Apartment is really nice, calm, and peaceful. Management is really good and helpful. Hallways are clean and well maintained. It’s close to grocery stores.

So clean, friendly and beautiful! Both residents and staff are welcoming. Staff is very informative and answer all your questions happily. The coffee machine amenity is my favorite!

I’ve NEVER felt so bullied in my life. Birchwood Estates is the most unwelcoming place I’ve ever lived. I had friends that just moved out and they shared the same. Residents pay rent late but they pay. The letters on the door and the emails threatening to evict are completely unprofessional. Management makes it uncomfortable and that is sad. This is supposed to be a place you can call home. I’ve been here 12 months and management has never made me feel at home. I’ve paid rent every month. Period. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Great service and beautiful apartments, but there was some caulk on the floor, counters, baseboards, and windows that wasn’t cleaned. Also, they forgot to turn the valves on for the washing machine and toilet. Overall a beautiful apartment with some flaws

Great place to live! Quiet, well taken care of and safe. Most apartment have great views of nature area. Feels like a comfortable home. Responsive maintenance staff, too!

Birchwood staff are always there to listen and help when needed. The peaceful community brings lots of joy during the holiday season and monthly themed activities are enjoyable.

I really love and appreciate where I live management is awesome. The apartment complex is safe and very clean. I love when they do different activities to get to know your neighbors.

I have lived here for 2 years. I absolutely love my apartment. It is quiet . You can hear the turkeys in the morning. Very safe area. As for the apartment living. I love my laundry room and my deck. All rooms are large and so many closet spaces. The wonderful staff help you, they answer all your questions. Most favorite are the get together with the neighbors.

As of right now I love it here it’s quiet. It’s close to everything and the aesthetic is beautiful. I love the modern look. I love the fact that there is on site, washer, and dryers for each apartment. I don’t have to go outside to take out the trash.

From the very beginning of Birchwood apartment tour to the very last step of signing our lease, the staff and Birchwood neighbors made us felt welcome. I can't wait to build a strong community with what they already have here.

I have lived here for over 20 years and have seen many people come and go. I have seen changes in policies, management and rules but I have always felt safe and welcome. I hope I can live here for a few more years with good health and good friends.

For how much we pay, I wish there was a pool, or at least a small dog park. But overall, very nice apartments. Could compare it to living in a hotel almost. Free coffee every weekday.

The building is very quiet. The lobby and patio area have been renovated and everything is brand new, it is beautiful. There are many parks and trails near by if you like the outdoors and enjoy biking and walking.

By far one of the quietest buildings that I have ever lived in. The staff are super quick to respond if there is a problem. They are also very friendly and willing to listen.

Birchwood is the perfect place if you have a family and want peace and quiet. The people who live here is very friendly and I feel safe there.

We’ve only lived here less than a week & we absolutely love it so far! The comfy, cabin vibes, the community amenities, & the hospitality of the staff is unmatched! We definitely made the right decision to choose this as our new home!

I have lived here for 22years as of the 15th of this month. I recently moved from 2nd floor to 1st floor and once I get all the boxes emptied and things put where I want them, I will be very happy once again. I have been meeting my new neighbors and enjoying getting to know them.

This is a very quiet and clean community. Located in a beautiful part of maple grove! And conveniently located a few minutes from Sam’s Club, Walmart, Starbucks, Hobby Lobby, and several restaurants. The maintenance team is very fast in repairing things. Couldn’t ask for more!

Very quiet and peaceful. The staff that work here are friendly and nice. The maintenance staff work quickly, so if you have any problems in your apartment, they'll get it fixed for you in no time.

The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Evelyn and Sadid were polite, helpful and very accommodating. The updates to apartment are beautiful.

Great location, Friendly residents, Maintenance staff is quick to respond, and Staff is good. Recently redone common area's; carpet needed replacement, wish they would have not painted the wood logs. The uniqueness is one thing that attracted me here.

So far it’s been good! Very quiet and residents are cordial. I’m loving the peace and quiet here at the Birchwood. I love the amenities, the outdoors courtyard and different areas to enjoy during nice weathers. The proximity to the shopping center is the icing on the cake ????.

Beautiful views of trees getting their new leaves after winter here at Birchwood Apartment Homes. Anxiously awaiting our new decor that we have gotten a taste of inside and out using lighter colors. Management continues to be awesome by providing a lovely and safe place to live.

The staff is really helpful and cares. The property is really accommodating, quiet and clean. Close to my job and makes me feel like I'm living at a hotel which is good and I've heard more than one person say.

Maintenance pays prompt attention to every detail in the building, ensuring our safety as residents.

Great experience. Front office staff has been so welcoming. Steve in maintenance welcomed me and has already responded to a couple of issues. Nice, quiet, relaxing complex.

My wife and I love it here! So much space and the community is so gracious to new comers. The staff literally do anything to make sure that move in is so easy. I highly recommend if you need a nice 2 bedroom apartment come over to Birchwood and check it out!

As of August 2023, I will have lived at Birchwood for 22 years. I have never regretted choosing living here after my life changed and I no longer needed a large home. I have met many wonderful people - residents and staff - and have had many fun times sharing special occasions with them all. Times change but Birchwood remains a restful place. Visitors walk in and often say they feel as if they are on vacation and their stress evaporates. As long as I am healthy and alert, I hope to be here many more years.

Jim and I love living here. This is the most beautiful apartment in the Twin Cities. It is like living in a very quiet resort. Looking forward to spring when all the leaves come out. Thank you, Jerry

I like what the apartment community has to offer. Welcoming lobby, tv center, screen porch, deck with grill.

The rent is going up all the time and there are things that have been told to us that will be done and nothing has been done.

Steve and John are the best!!! All the issues I have ever had have been diagnosed and completed in a very short time.

They are friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. John and Steve are wonderful.
