Weatherford is a city in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area about 30 miles west of Fort Worth along Interstate 20. Weatherford is a quintessential Texas suburb made up of open lands and single-family houses sitting on spacious lots. Weatherford College sits towards the center of town, making the city a diverse and welcoming place. Route 171 and I-20 intersect near the southern border of town, making commutes easy as well as providing a spot for large plazas equipped with all the essentials. I’ve been here 1 year, 7 months. Happy to call home. The office staff has been a pleasure to work with. Forest( my four legged baby) and I feel welcome. Any issues that have been brought to their attention has been treated with genuine care and attention to solving the issue. I love this property and soon I will have been here a year. There’s been some changes lately and they are all for the better the property is looking beautiful. The maintenance of the property has improved tremendously with new team leaders. It’s a friendly and happy neighborhood and at night. It’s very quiet. I feel right at home here.

I have been here since there were only a couple of buildings built, and have had a great experience. Staff is always helpful, responsive, and pleasant! I've been here through a couple staffing changes, but all teams have been wonderful. I've never had to wait more than 1 full day for my minor maintenance requests to be fulfilled. Pool, gym, and clubhouse are all nice. The office staff always has an event going on. Being so close to HEB is fantastic! Never had an issue with packages going missing. Smart Home aspects of each apartment are so convenient and storage is great (Just wish there was a pantry!) There are very minor issues with the occasional stomp upstairs, barking dogs, and the occasional difficult parking, but you will find that at any complex. In 18 months, I have never heard my neighbors through the walls though!

I enjoy living here. The location is very good. Close to stores and food store. Park is nearby for walking. Air conditioning and heat work well. Kitchen appliances also.

So far I have had a great experience with Birchway Hudson Oaks. I had an issue getting locked out of my apartment the first week and maintenance was able to come and resolve the issue within 30 minutes and was very helpful during this process. The leasing office has always been very kind and approachable throughout the moving process as well! Everyone in the community has been kind and I love the atmosphere at Birchway!

I love birchway but I have my issues with it. We have to pay for WIFI that goes out once a week at very inconvenient times. Even calling the company does nothing. For someone with AT&T and who sometimes works from home this is very inconvenient. I have poor or no service around Birchway so I rely on my WIFI a lot. I pay $75 a month for the WIFI I am always having issues with. My last apartment I installed my own router and it was way less expensive and I never had an issue with it. Now I have had two leaks, one in the kitchen through the WIFI router. Which then ruined the router and I had to get it replaced. And one in my utility closet, causing water damage and mold. Which was fixed but I had to get them out a second time to fix the mold. Great community feel, however I feel like I have had more issues than anywhere else I have lived.

I needed to find a new home where I felt safe and comfortable. Not only is my apartment, beautiful and up-to-date, but I got a parking spot nearly in front of my door. When I need some help on my door when it wouldn’t open, I got immediate help and the maintenance people took care of everything right then. My puppy dog loves the dog park and it’s never crowded. We enjoy the walks around the property and then having a park not too far down the street is amazing too if you need a new home come join us.

Moved in last month and we are so happy. The only neighbors we hear are the people above us and it’s not bad so it is a relief!! These apartments are very well built and of course since they are brand new they are smart apartments! The staff is very friendly and very professional and so far everyone has gone above and beyond for us! Very pretty property and nothing like it in this area!
