Birchway is a good option for unt students, it is about 10 minutes from campus, is very affordable, and is near a lot of useful stores

Birchway Denton is a lovely apartment community. They have beautiful updated apartments with washer and dryers. I just love the kitchen cabinet space . The area is so quiet and clean. The staff is loving and helpful. It’s a beautiful place to live.
