Big Trout Lodge is great. The services and staff are top notch. I have lived in other parts of the Spokane Valley and Spokane itself and I am really glad I found this community complex 5 1/2 years ago. The complex is close to anything you might need or want. It is also very quiet, clean and affordable. If you’re are looking for a place that is accommodating to both children and pets this should be your first choice.

Big Trout Lodge is a beautiful apartment complex. In the short time my family and I have been here we keep finding new parts of the complex to love, both in our apartment and within the community. Service has been wonderful, both the office and the maintenance crew. The apartment itself is so spacious, bright, and welcoming. It feels like a place we can really make our home. I'm excited to see where our time here takes us.

I love how close it is to the grocery store, coffee shops, gas stations and businesses. The trail is right in front so you can access walking, biking, running without having to commute! Big Trout Lodge is really pet friendly too which I love. All around I think Big Trout Lodge is the perfect place to live!

The location in Liberty Lake cannot be beat. It is well within walking distance to shopping, trails and golf. Great on-prem staff is on top of things and the amenities are well-maintained. The units are well-appointed and roomy.

The Big Trout Lodge Apartments are well taken care of and noise ordinance is respected throughout. Being single I do appreciate how safe my surroundings are. Maintenance and upkeep is the best I have experienced. All staff are always friendly and personable.

Expensive. Dog park is absolutely filthy and caked with mud so it is not useable. Dead birds all over the property, gym amenities could be improved. Front desk seldom answers the phone 1/10 times regardless of the day or time.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I know that we are currently working to upgrade our amenities and did upgrade almost all of our fitness equipment last summer but there is always room for improvement. Our dog park is an amenity that we are looking to upgrade this spring/summer so that it is more usable when the weather is as bad as it has been this winter. I cannot speak to the bird issue as our staff has not observed this as being a problem but will keep an eye out. Lastly we always strive to answer every call that comes into the office but when we are helping other tenants either in person or on the phone, that is not always possible. We always return messages that are left and emails but we can always do better and are working to add more staff to the office to be able to do so. We got into the apartment and was super happy with price and Matthew who helped us through the process. We really like the apartamento so far and are looking for ward to call this our home while we are hear. I was born and raised in Spokane Valley, and I’ve always wanted to live in Liberty Lake to see if I like it, and this apartment is great! All updated cabinets colors, floors, and appliances!

BTL is close to most everything. You can walk anywhere on paths or sidewalks.

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful groundskeeping and landscape. Most of the neighbors are nice enough, but theres room for improvement to reduce the amount of noise thats made at night. Other than that, Big Trout Lodge is a good place to live.

We had a wonderful experience contacting, applying and getting accepted into our new apartment! Caitlyn is always happy and eager to help. The staff at Big Trout has made us feel at home from the day we asked if they had any availabilities!

Overall my partner and I have enjoyed living in the Big Trout Lodge community. The insulation between walls prevents us from hearing our neighbors... ever, and the floor layout makes the apartment convenient to move around and homey.

Its been officially two weeks since moving to Big Trout Lodge and its been the best decision! All of our neighbors are so nice and welcoming as well as the staff here! We are definitely looking forward to our long term stay here!

Complex is in a good location. Grounds could be cleaned more such as power washing siding and windows on the top floors.
