Bexley Panther Creek

HUGE cockroaches everywhere! One cockroach crawled to my bed on the first night of moving in and scared the hell out of me, I had to move out to a hotel in the middle of the night. I found a new apartment but Bexley refused to compensate the hotel expenses.

Compared to the massive new apartment complexes being built all over the area (and sadly, quite literally across the street), Bexley Panther Creek looks like a much smaller and calmer community, and that is exactly what it is. With a smaller-sized complex, even the furthest resident from the clubhouse has a short walk to check the mail or visit the pool. Taking out the trash is as easy as placing it outside your front door for pickup each night (for a fee, like any other place). Having less residents adds to the community feel, and the staff are better able to meet and remember their residents. The staff as a whole are very friendly and professional, but the maintenance team truly deserves more than 5-stars. Rachid quickly became a friend of mine, and I was genuinely saddened when it came time to move. We would greet each other in passing, and when I did stop to chat with him, he remembered what we had discussed during previous run-ins. The other maintenance workers are just as friendly, and are always ready to help. When you submit a maintenance request, the team is generally quick to respond and will do good work. Want more ceiling-mounted swivel lights? No problem, they'll bring you a few more for free. For all pet-owners and non-owning pet-lovers, the small dog park will surely make you happy, and the occasional resident-appreciation events are a plus too! The residents themselves a mix of people from all ages and backgrounds, so those specifically seeking a predominantly young community should look elsewhere (and probably outside of Cary). You really can't beat the staff and the smaller feel though. I became interested in BPC years before I actually moved in, and now that my time here has ended, I give them an honest 5-stars after thorough review. They're not 100% perfect; nowhere is. But they're pretty close in my opinion! A great complex only becomes (and stays) great when there's a unified team of hardworking people behind it. Thank you Bexley Panther Creek!

I move from NJ to NC.So I can afford a better living for me and my two children.Bexley Panther Creek has been so welcoming.It is a very diverse community and just so clean.The surrounding school districts are good.Yes I am a single mom with know support.But moving here has help me and my children.And I want to be able to stay here as long as I can.So paying my rent will give me a opportunity to save so much money.I work so hard for us to live from check to check.

I I just move to North Carolina.From New Jersey and Bexley Panther creek has made this transition Awesome.They were so kind and welcome us with open arms.And has been there for us in every way..I am a single mom of two.With no family what so ever in North Carolina.And to have them check on us after we moved in,just made me feel so happy and comfortable.My children love the community.This has truly been the best move of my life.

I just relocated from New Jersey to North Carolina.And I searched the Internet for a place to say.And fell in love.I came down to see it in person and it was even better in person.It in a great area,and thing you need they are so willing to help.And they even checked up on me to see how I was getting around the new area.I am a single mom with two children.And to have a place that feel so safe.And to see my kids so excited about a place is so comforting.This has been the best Summer of our lives thus far.

Set back off the road, this is a perfect spot if you are looking for a combination of convenience and comfort. Location: Literally minutes from just about everything you could possibly want ( grocery stores, shops, retail, etc ) without the hassle of noise or traffic. Grounds: Well kept year round with an assortment of trees, bushes, and flowers that add just enough without the over kill. Office Staff: Some of the nicest people around. Always smiling / friendly and eager to assist with any needs. Maintenance: These guys are sharp, courteous, and quick to respond. I have never had to wait on anything to be looked at / fixed. ( they even offer monthly drawings for $$ off your rent if you fill out their surveys! ) Amenities: Plenty of parking, front door trash pickup very safe area, workout facilities, business offices with computer access / tv, and a beautiful pool with plenty of room for all. They even hold periodic events for tenants to take part in ( free of charge ). In addition, they also have a after hours courtesy officer to handle any issues / noise complaints. Units / Rent: Units are newer construction and provide an updated look to match. Prices are extremely reasonable for what you get. I would definitely recommend this place and encourage anyone to come take a look. I plan on making this "home" for a while!
