The Clearfork neighborhood represents a large retail development along the Clear Fork of the Trinity River. These shops sit in between the Chisholm Trail Parkway and Hulen Street in the heart of Fort Worth. Trinity Commons, another shopping center, sits on the east side of the river. Residents enjoy living near Colonial Golf Course that hosts some of the best golfers in the country on occasion. Residents also have easy access to everything Downtown Fort Worth has to offer, including restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Clearfork sits about six miles southwest of downtown, and is known for its great schools, both public and private.

Property Ratings at Bexley Clearfork
The "call box" (that allows you to buzz people in to the building) is completely broken for me (and apparently me alone). I reported this about three months ago and have inquired about the status a half dozen times. The office seems to keep thinking the issue has been resolved, despite taking no effort to verify it actually works. It's absolutely ridiculous.
Hanover at Clearfork is the best apartment complex, I'm convinced! Not only is the entire complex aesthetic and well designed, but the staff is top notch as well. From the property manager Evelyn, to the leasing team, to the maintenance crew led by Juan, everyone here is always ready to lend a helping hand. Being the first one to live in my unit, there were a few maintenance requests that I had to make. No matter what it was, the Hanover team fixed it within 24 hours, often less. I had my AC go out in July (during the weekend, after-hours), and Juan and his team bent over backwards to make sure I was comfortable and felt seen. They continually checked on me, and Evelyn made sure I knew she was aware of the situation. I could not ask for a better team to be over the complex, and hope none of them go! It truly makes it enjoyable to live here.

I only have the best words to say about this complex and the management that runs it! I've been living here for about a year now, and I cannot recommend living here enough to my friends and family! I had an issue with a noisy neighbor and the property manager Evelyn immediately came over to see what was going on and reached out to the neighbor to let them know about their disruptiveness. Ever since she spoke with them, I have had 0 issues and have been living in peace. Furthermore, with any maintenance issues that arise, I fill out the form on my resident portal and I swear within minutes I have maintenance readily at my door to aid and resolve any issues. They are some of the nicest people ever! The entire staff is just so sweet and genuinely go out of their way to make sure you have all your needs taken care of. I wanted to share another experience in which the entire leasing office and Evelyn (the property manager) came to my rescue. I am very sensitive to noise compared to most folks. Per usual situations that arise in living in an apartment, I started to hear some loud food steps from the apartment above me. When I let Evelyn and the entire leasing office know about this issue, they immediately contacted the unit above me to be more cautious, but then decided to help me even more by allowing me to transfer to an open apartment in the same building on the top floor! The care the leasing office has is unmatched, and I have lived in my fare share of apartment complexes. THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE AT IN FORT WORTH!! 11/10 recommend :)

I moved in back in July and have been spoiled ever since. I live on the 4th floor and have an incredible view of the pool. The staff is incredible, wouldn’t be here without the help of Sonia! The downside is trying to stay on budget with eating out. The Shops at Clearfork have the best restaurants around.

Everybody who works here has an attitude. The rent is too expensive for lack of services. There is no valet trash or trash chutes; you have to take your trash outside. There is only one dumpster on the entire property which is rather large.

Went on a tour today. Had a great experience! Apartment styles are great and spacious. They’re still building but don’t hear any construction noise within the apartments. Apartments are gorgeous with modern fixtures and appliances. Highly recommend!

After a l after tedious months of searching for a place to live, I’m so glad I chose Hanover at Clearfork. I love waking up, walking my pup to no trash on the ground, and receiving a Goodmorning from John from maintenance. He’s out walking the grounds every morning at 8:00am making Hanover shine. I really felt a positive caring attitude for anyone and everything. I love it here and so will you!

This place is amazing for the money. Location, class, and the staff was easily the best of my experience looking for a new place. Victoria in particular was super helpful and answered all my questions, and made me feel welcome.

Victoria showed me the property and the models were fabulous. New property with great amenities! The Roman tub/shower was extremely appealing. She was informative and helpful with information considering the newness of the property. Highly recommend taking a look.

I had a tough time finding a good place in DFW, but Victoria was very helpful in making the transition to an apartment easy. She was very nice, approachable, and was there pretty much any time to help out with whatever I needed. I dealt with other apartments' staff and the Hanover/Victoria were easily the best. The apartment itself is also very nice and I would highly recommend it here!
