The property management seems determined to run a decent building into the ground. The parking garage has been broken for over 6 months and they refuse to take accountability. The police say they are uncooperative. There have been multiple car thefts, even more cars broken into and vandalized. They do not inform the car owners when this happens even though they have footage and are aware. Pool is always dirty and not properly chemically treated. I've witnessed domestic violence disturbances here recently.

Their advertised rate is not what you will pay. They have a large number of fixed add-on fees that will end up being added to your monthly rent. This of course is ridiculous because if a cost is fixed it should simply be included in your published rent amount. Their only incentive for doing it this way is that you are already committed before all these charges come into play. One of these is a monthly pest management fee - not certain what this is for since we're all getting regularly visited by rats and mice scurrying around our balconies. Rodent poop everywhere.
This is by far the worst place I've ever lived. These people have no clue and the building is an absolute mess. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy.
This place is dirty and loud. Often, there's trash and broken glass in the parking garage, and the floors in the hallway are full of stains. The construction of the actual apartment is cheap, with zero insulation, and I can hear my upstairs neighbor, who never sleeps, stomping around all night long. It's so bad, that I actually had to go to a hotel last night, just to get a decent nights sleep, because I have to wake up early for work. Management has never been much help, either. They are concerned about money, not actually caring about their residents. It costs way to much for very subpar experience, and considering that I've had to recently dish out more money to stay at a hotel to get a decent night's rest, is absolutely absurd. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND BEXELY AT LEFT BANK.

The complex is well marketed and seems to have great amenities till you live there. Trash overflows in all trash cans and pours out of the trash rooms. The hallways reek of it and beware your home will too if it is even mildly warm. Office line is “we’re working on it” but anyone with general common sense knows it doesn’t take months to secure the appropriate cleaning/trash services.

Great location off 7th street and next to the Trinity River!! However, this property is under new management and has gone downhill since. The amenities is what brought me to Trinity, however you can never use them if they are not working. Management has nothing but excuses and no solutions!! Unhappy resident for 14 months.

We've lived here three months. Mgmt changed a week after we moved in so I gave them time to settle in before forming an opinion. The hallways, stairways, and grounds are covered in dog poop and hair. I mean everywhere... The outdoor trash cans are only emptied after they overflow with dog poop bags so imagine the smell. It's like living in a college dorm. There doesn't seem to be insulation between floors as we can hear ever step our upstairs neighbor takes along with her two 100 lbs dogs. The only nice things are the large bedrooms/bathrooms along with being close to the trails. We'll finish out our lease but we're out after that.

It's a part time job living here. Do not live here. I've lived in multiple apartment complexes across the United States and have never left anything lower than a 5 star review. This is truly a 0 star community. Beautiful property ruined by completely apathetic office staff.
Great environment with top notch amenities
We moved in right before everything shut down because of COVID. The whole trinity made our move seamless and bent over backwards to make it happen. We love out new place and look forward to a long stay.

After a recent divorce and leaving my dream house, I was in need of a place where I did not feel alone and could feel successful living independently. This community has it all. From some of the friendliest residents with the cutest pups, to the amenities that keep you busy and feeling alive, to the trinity trails that lifts the spirit on those long walks or runs during sunrise and sunset. This complex makes you feel part of a community. The tall windows with the view that I get each morning and night is worth everything. The rooftop pool- AMAZING. I know I made the right choice by moving here and I won't be looking back anymore.

Do NOT move into Trinity At Left Bank... the cheap construction and lack of adherence to community policies makes it feel anything but luxurious. The amenities are nice, when they are open and functioning (periodically).

Trinity at Left Bank is the best community in Fort Worth
Lauren and Trisha are extremely polite and professional in keeping us safe and happy as new residents at TLB!!!
The amenities are great. The maintenance is horrible. The trash shoot was overflowing and the entire third floor smelled like a landfill and they let it sit like that for days. They left a mess in my bathroom before I moved in so I asked them to clean it and they just brought "Goof Off" and left it in my apartment and told me to clean it. There are ants in my apartment (even crawling into my bed!) and I asked them to have someone come to spray and they still haven't sent anyone to take care of it. My overall experience with the management here is that they either don't care about the residents or they are just stupid. I'm really not sure which one it is but I'm leaning towards stupid because they are actually pretty nice people and seem like I care. But, like I said, I'm not sure...it could be either one...or both.

Trinity at Left Bank is a first class residential building with a great management team which is a rare find in Fort Worth. The amenities are second to none in the DFW area as a whole, and the location with access to the Trinity cant be beat.

I absolutely love living at Trinity at Left Bank. It has only been a week and I feel right at home. The staff was wonderful during the leasing/move-in process, the amenities are top of the line, and the floor plan is exactly what I was looking for!
