Property Ratings at Bexley at Carpenter Village
This apartment complex has its positive and definitely its negatives. The office staff is very kind and understanding and they always are on top of their communication. They try their best to understand the needs of the community. It is a very quiet and in a pretty safe area. The apartments themselves are nice and cozy as long as you don’t have any maintenance problems as that’s where most of the negatives are. Upon living here I have had several maintenance issues that have then become a headache upon getting things “fixed”. It is clear some of the maintenance staff don’t know how to fix some of the requests made by tenants but are being told to do it despite it not being a part of their skill set. We are still to this day dealing with the mess left behind and settling for a problem that looks worse now than it did before. When outside companies are hired to work on bigger issues, things are left messy and damaged. Some tenants here also do not take care of the clubhouse and gym and it goes unchecked. The gym is average but not clean and has no expectations for cleanliness or taking care of the equipment so most things are somewhat broken, always dirty, and often misplaced. I would say this is a good first apartment but don’t expect quality fixes or facilities that are super taken care of.

There is not enough good words to explain how amazing this community is. They work hard to accommodate the residents both the office and maintenance! I always feel so taken care of ajd that they actually care about how we feel whether it's happy or sad, they always express genuine feelings. I really enjoy living here and couldn't picture myself anywhere else

I have been living here for 2 years now and have only great things to say about my stay. The staff here is amazing. They are all so friendly and make sure that the needs of the tenets are a priority. The community itself is beautiful and is maintained well. Its so quiet and peaceful. I would recommend anyone to live here!!!!
