Property Ratings at Beverly Villa
This place is the worst ever, the management is rude, there is a drunk neighbor name Tony who is harassing people while he is drunk, being irrational and violence and cursing people for no reason, blocking people from entering their apartments and borthering the guests!!!!! The apartments are infested with termites, the parking looks like a junk yard, packed with total lossed cars that preventing from other tenants to park!!!!! They dumping construction site waste in the garbage, who knows what's in it!!!! Not talking about the neighbors that will get into an accident with you in order to enter the gate first! The manager is angry all the time and at the end of the lease they will still your deposits for no reason!!!!!! Just awful place to leave! Oh yeah and your rent will go up every year every year till it wouldn't be worth it anymore!!! Just awefull
Worst management the manger of the apartments blows dirt all over the vehicles and doesn't try to clean it off. Other companies come and dump their trash in the garbage cans. The gates are always broken and the parking Sucks half the neighborhood comes and parks their cars inside and management doesn't do anything. There are so many broken down vehicles that have no plates and are not running that should be towed off the property to allow others to park freely. Rent is extreamly high and over rated for a 1 bedroom apt.
