Property Ratings at Beverly Manor Apartments
Nice quiet area, that’s it though. Maintenance (top notch property management) is almost non existent. It takes ions for repairs, or you never hear back at all no matter the issue. I dont think the actual owners know how terribly the place is ran, if they did I’m sure they wouldn’t use top notch. I’m not sure how anybody would, the complainants must be great in numbers. I’ve lived in 4 different complex’s and this place is by far the worst. The grounds aren’t tended, you can’t even see the parking lines to park, my car has been side swiped twice in the 3 years I’ve lived here. There are craters in the pavement and the trash is always exposed because of overfill. The property and customers are neglected.
This property does not empty its dumpsters until notified by the neighborhood residents. The dumpsters are constantly overloaded with garage hanging outside the dumpsters, stacked up around the container and all over the property. Trash can be seen around all driveways, down the street including dirt diapers, liquor bottles, old used mattresses (that sit for weeks). Other residents have junk piled on the patios of their units. The photos in the advertisement are not indicative of how the property is currently maintained. Repeated contact with the new owners has failed to resolve any of these situations.
