Slums
Owners never fix anything. Neighbors are miserable people too. Creeps in there dont mind their business. The laundry facility always broken. Our toilet was out of comission for 2 weeks before they came and fixed it. Made us use an empty apt bathroom upstairs. Owner never replies very shady and doesn't allow people to pay with check only cashiers check or shady pay app. Parking is terrible and everything inside the hallways and around it are filthy and an eyesore. Save yourself the headache. We ran after a year lease. Was awful.

Terrible apartment, worse ownership
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Building is falling apart, never clean, and at risk of being condemned. Your car may be broken into, and your apartment will never be fixed.

Terrible
I do not even know where to start. First off, I never write reviews but I find it necessary. I have lived here for a little over 5 years and nothing has ever improved. The owners never have time to come and fix issues with the apartments, they're too cheap to pay maintenance to come out. All of the appliances are old and barely working. The outside is an eye sore alone because they have never re-painted it, they're too cheap. Keep children away, there has been several cases of drugs and people overdosing in the hallways, even death. Anywhere is better, I am sure.
