Tucked in the Pomona Valley, Pomona is known for gorgeous mountainous views—especially those of Mount Baldy, the highest peak in the San Gabriel Mountains. Formerly a fruitful agricultural town, Pomona is now a busy city and a college town, home to California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, Western University of Health Sciences, and Western University College of Veterinary Medicine. Two additional college campuses, Claremont Colleges and Mount San Antonio College, are located just outside of the city. Pomona pays homage to its past be preserving historic buildings like the Fox Theater Pomona. The fully restored theater is surrounded by restaurants, pubs, shops, and art galleries in Downtown Pomona's Arts Colony.
Renters in Pomona are about 30 miles west of Downtown Los Angeles. If you prefer mass transit, take the train from Pomona Station or travel by car along Interstate 10.

Property Ratings at Berkeley
Like the other person said you can’t live in these apartments for too long it took them more than six moths to fix my kitchen drain and the apt smelled like crap not only is there roaches but now there’s rats you see dead rats by the alley the laundry site is always dirty and if you are lucky you get a working washer or dryer the neighbors are getting worse every Time loud music cussing at each other breaking into the cars it is not a good place to live with the kids there’s always someone smoking weed drug dealers if you have a better choice take it this complex is not a good place to live
There is a constant cockroach problem, criminals, and drug dealers in the parking lot. There is no pool and getting decent repairs is impossible, you are better off getting repairs done on your own. The apartments are dirty on the outside with a bunch of gross animals. However, I have never had a crime committed against me, my car has never been broken in to nor has my apartment. The people are overall kind and it is affordable. If you are desperate and have bad credit come here, but beware if you have children it is not a good environment for them. Also the laundry shed in the alley area is disgusting. The complex is regularly getting tagged with gang related graffiti. Its not beautiful, but at the end of the day it is a roof over your head. No one causes issues with anyone, neighbors are kind. But if you can afford to move elsewhere consider it. I lived here for years and moved out at the beginning of the year and am much happier elsewhere. There may have been updates done recently but I highly doubt it. Also, if you are a light sleeper consider elsewhere. The fairplex near by can get pretty loud and cause quite a bit of traffic. And I personally have not noticed any wheelchair accessible apartments.
