Property Ratings at Bennington Pond Apartments
I really liked the layout and room that the apartments here offered. Unfortunately, when I moved in, the carpets were dirty and needed replaced, there was a small hole in one of the bedroom walls, the walk-in closet door was broken, and the kitchen cabinet was cracked and needed fixed. After those problems, we found mice in the apartment, running into the bedroom and evidence they had run on counters and pots. The office’s solution was pest control laying traps that we then had to empty regularly. They did put steel wool in the hole but refused to refill it when the mice moved it and continued to get into the apartment. The apartment still had mice when I moved out.

I am a current resident at Bennington Pond and I love it! The property is clean, quiet and well maintained! Ms. Simmons in the leasing office is amazing and very professional! She is always more than willing to assist with any issue or question that you might have. I just renewed my lease going on my 3rd year! Great place to live. Spacious living and maintenance comes at the drop of at hat! Highly recommend. A little far from the city if you want to go out and do things in the evenings on weekends.
My furnace went out late in the night, so I called the Emergency Maintenance phone number, left my name & number. Juwan called backed within 5 minutes, I told him what the problem was and he was at my apartment quickly. He said when he walked in that he knew what the problem might be & he was right! Ten minutes later my furnace was working again. He was very polite and pleasant. I've never had any problems with any of the maintenance personnel.

After the hustle and bustle of everyday events, I am fortunate enough to come home to a beautiful apartment. Not only do I love the look of my apartment and the management office, I also fell in love with the security and stability my apartment had to offer. Im not just sold on its appearances. The management team rocks! If you ever have a problem they fix it IMMEDIATLEY. Not only do they hold special events for the community to get together, the upkeep of the place is phenomenal. This all is very important to me because Coming from a broken home and being homeless at the age of seventeen I graduated high school and worked four jobs while being a full time student in college, doing so enabled me to save up for where I currently live now. (And they arn't even expensive!!) Having this apartment allows me to be a role model for my little sister to show her that even without parental guidance you can pave your own road and succeed.with all that being said, a huge shout out to my apartment complex Bennington Pond apartments for being so wonderful to me and providing me a place that I could finally call home.
