Very quiet community and very diverse but can use some upgrades on appliances and better parking for tenants..also a playground for the children

I’ve been living at Bennington Heights for 1 and half year and overall, it’s been a positive experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. The community is generally quiet and well-maintained, and I appreciate the effort the management puts into upkeep and cleanliness. Maintenance requests are handled fairly promptly, and the staff is courteous and helpful. The apartments themselves are spacious with a decent layout, and the amenities like [mention gym, pool, or other features if available] are a nice bonus.

Maintenance isn't what it used to be. Been here for almost 9yrs and we've never had it bad. Maybe short staff idk but my ac was out all summer until I called higher up since the manager didn't help. Finally got it fixed in winter. Other than that it's okay. Prices keep getting higher and yet nothing is updated in thw apartments.

Everything is good except sometimes communication, and need upgrades to appliances , I love the community and amenities , my kids love the pool in the summer , I’d say a newer dishwasher and fridge would put it over the top for me .

Great location! Near everything you need to be close to. Grocery stores, retail stores, gas stations and hospitals. Only real downfall is the parking situation. There are not enough spots for all the cars people have. Households with only two people have 4-5 cars.

I like this community and neighborhood but the staff can be little better at providing information accurately. I was told the month to month rate won’t change every month even after asking that specifically. Based on this information I selected month to month lease which changed the next month and when I decided to extend my lease it costed more money.

Community-wise, it is good but needs to improve in maintenance works. it is taking too much time to review and to complete the request for maintenance. And it would be better if you took any precautions to not park the outsider cars in the parking lot.

Management is poor. Despite asking them to go for monthly rent (same price for each month that they agreed on going forward) they increased it the next month and when asked why the sudden change they simply said that we have emailed it to you and blah blah …… where no email was received regarding this… and why not stating in initially when we clearly asked the terms and conditions. We asked not one but two of staff members and made it clear about the pricing. Still, we received a new price list irrespective of making sure that we will pay the same amount each month . I guess lack of communication and not accepting their faults is why I give 1 stat rating. Atleast accept you did wrong.
The houses are good and maintainance was awesome.I liked this community rather than other communities.if the problem was emergency they will respond as soon as possInke.

I feel that the apartment are in need of update appliances and the flooring should be replaced. The apartments should also be painted at least every 3 to 5 years as needed.

Extremely unsatisfied with the lack of professionalism of this staff. I've reached out to them multiple times about a concern I have and they refuse to even get back to me so a solution can be found. This isn't the first time that I've had a concern that got swept under the rug. This business only cares about their bottom line, not the residents who actually pay rent each month who create that bottom line. I will NOT be resigning my lease with them and I'd recommend anyone considering to move here, DON'T.

For as much as we pay for rent this place needs to be updated with at least newer appliances .. and we get charged for water use but to get hot water we have to let it run for at least 5 mins to start getting warm water that is crazy

I really like the room—it's cozy, inviting, and feels like a personal sanctuary. The furniture placement and ambiance create a perfect balance for relaxation and productivity. However, the kitchen is a bit disappointing and doesn’t meet my expectations. The counter space is limited, storage is cramped, and the ventilation isn’t great, making cooking and cleaning more challenging than I’d prefer. That said, the balcony makes up for it in many ways. It's spacious, with a beautiful view of the greenery and cityscape. I love spending time there, especially during sunrise or sunset. It’s my favorite spot for unwinding, whether with a book or just soaking in the peaceful surroundings. While the kitchen has its drawbacks, the room and balcony together create a living space I genuinely enjoy and appreciate.

The community is overall a wonderful place to live. The neighborhood is welcoming, peaceful, and well-maintained, with excellent amenities that cater to residents of all ages. The parks and recreational spaces are especially lovely, offering a great environment for families and individuals alike. However, one issue that stands out is the inconsistent trash collection. Unfortunately, it isn't cleaned regularly, which can occasionally lead to unpleasant odors and an unsightly appearance in common areas. Addressing this concern would undoubtedly enhance the living experience for everyone. Aside from this, everything about the community is fantastic. The management is friendly and responsive, the facilities are top-notch, and the sense of safety here is commendable. With improved attention to waste management, this community would be nearly perfect. I hope this issue gets resolved soon, as it would make an already great place to live even better!

The house and the surrounding area quiet and clean love this place, best place to live and the management is sweet and concerned. We had the pest control team visit our house in the morning, they were engaging and letting us know what they were doing and why is it beneficial. The management in the leasing office was very friendly, especially tony assisted us in the entire leasing process and was supportive with all the procedure Totally loved this place.

It’s okay, not high luxury but not bad. Laundry is not fun and laundromat struggles to be clean despite being an additional expense. There are doggie bag stations with attached trash which is nice, but the trash is not taken out often enough.

I love Bennington Heights, there’s no better complex in Saint Louis county. Hands down. 25 minutes from anywhere you want to be, but why go anywhere with the newest additions to Westport.

I’ve only been here two weeks and I’m not sure how to feel about it. I came from another complex that was super unprofessional and dirty & this is doesn’t seem like much better. My original unit I singed my lease for was not ready so I was offered a different unit, sure why not. A few things were not working upon move in, I put request in and it took them 4 days. Maintenance lady had a HORRIBLE attitude. I also expressed my concern of bugs (roaches) and was promised there are no bugs here.. I have seen FOUR and I’ve been here 2 weeks, along with 2 spiders. Unbelievable.

It’s has been good so far. Quiet and calm. It’s been a month now and I’m loving and just getting my place together while enjoying the scenery and being able to walk to places very easily because most things are walking distance. Great area and the front desk always greet with a smile whenever I do walk in . So far so good

Nice, quiet environment. Residents and staff are respectful and friendly. Community is clean...but need to clean the laundry area better. I would like to have access to the tv in the gym.
All in all I rate Bennington Heights at a 50%. I’ve been disappointed year after year regarding the pool and now I have a bug problem. The staff is always nice and eager to make it right. However, the problem is truly never fixed.
Super nice staff and maintenance. Easy to get ahold of anyone if needed and stuff gets fixed really fast sometimes so that is nice. Its really clean.

The neighbors across from us are constantly partying all night, they are slamming their door and screaming down the hallway 24/7. Ive had to contact the police twice because they were shaking my apartment after quiet hours. Ive also asked them twice to be quiet and let them know after 10pm they probably shouldn’t be screaming. The neighbors under me have been smoking in their apartment since we moved in July. Ive reported this multiple times. I then received an email stating that there are people who are allowed to smoke in their apartment according to their lease can continue to smoke in the unit. I feel like that itself is a lawsuit waiting to happen especially when you say youre a smoke free complex. I signed the lease because I was under the impression it was smoke free as I have asthma and have been having issues breathing due to the people underneath smoking. I was really happy with the apartment when we first moved in so its very disappointing nothing is taken care of properly.
Very clean and quiet neighborhood. I just wish the laundry room was a bit bigger. It’s always busy in there. Fortunately, there are plenty of laundromats in the area.
