A great place to live love the shaded balconies. The community events are a great place to get to meet your neighbors. The laundry areas are always available and the pools aren't ever too crowded.

So far I enjoy living here, my husband and I enjoy watching the rabbits from the bushes and I’ve even once seen a doe! pet friendly which is wonderful for my pup. Wonderful and quiet community!

The apartment is ok. The only problem I have is when I moved in my dishwasher had mold in it and I want it replaced and they just sprayed moldex and called it a day. Also with maintenance. Maintenance says they are going to do something and they don’t. I’ve been waiting for my fridge to be fixed for 2 months when they could have just ordered a new one or pulled one from a vacant unit

Renovated apartment, nice on the eyes but bad on the bugs ! ROACHES ! COCKROACHES !!! I was told by management my apartment would be “professionally, exterminated “ which never happened, I’ve spent my entire time these cleaning and treating my apartment. And yet I found another ROACH today …. A pregnant one … and management was absolutely no help with solutions. I say proceed with caution if you choose this complex. It’s a diverse community w/different cultures so some arent too concerned with thus problem…. But if you like a clean home and minimal “surprises” this may be too much work for you ! It takes forever to get the roach smell out

I have been living here for a while and I like this community. There are though few things which could be improved like the maintenance was quick and last couple of times the maintenance was little delayed. Also the old appliances can be replaced in the apartment.

Bennington heights as a whole needs a makeover. The complex needs more lighting and speed bumps. I have almost been hit multiple times while walking my dog. 2/3 pools are never open. This over cowards the clubhouse pool. Attendants shouldn’t be necessary and they are not lifeguard trained. This “new” rule seems very daycare like. The gym is closed during peak morning hours.

The flat that offers a decent living space with acceptable amenities, but there’s one significant drawback that stands out — the noisy flooring. The flat itself is fairly well-maintained, featuring modern kitchen fittings, adequate lighting, and a reasonably clean bathroom. The building amenities include basic essentials like a secure entrance, elevator access, and designated parking, which make it a practical option for daily living. However, the flooring leaves a lot to be desired. Every step you take results in creaking or squeaking noises, which becomes especially frustrating at night or during quiet moments. This issue not only affects comfort but also raises questions about construction quality and long-term durability. If management can address this flaw perhaps through floor reinforcement or replacemen the flat would offer much better value.

The grounds are well kept with three pools, a fitness center, volleyball court, and a clubhouse . Management communication can sometimes fall short—lease terms aren’t always clear . On the bright side, leasing staff are friendly and helpful, and the community vibe is quiet and safe

I’ve been living at Bennington Heights for 1 and half year and overall, it’s been a positive experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. Maintenance isn't what it used to be. Been here for almost 9yrs and we've never had it bad. Maybe short staff idk but my ac was out all summer until I called higher up since the manager didn't help. Finally got it fixed in winter. Other than that it's okay. Prices keep getting higher and yet nothing is updated in thw apartments.

Great location! Near everything you need to be close to. Grocery stores, retail stores, gas stations and hospitals. Only real downfall is the parking situation. There are not enough spots for all the cars people have. Households with only two people have 4-5 cars.

I like this community and neighborhood but the staff can be little better at providing information accurately. I was told the month to month rate won’t change every month even after asking that specifically. Based on this information I selected month to month lease which changed the next month and when I decided to extend my lease it costed more money.

Community-wise, it is good but needs to improve in maintenance works. it is taking too much time to review and to complete the request for maintenance. And it would be better if you took any precautions to not park the outsider cars in the parking lot.

Management is poor. Despite asking them to go for monthly rent (same price for each month that they agreed on going forward) they increased it the next month and when asked why the sudden change they simply said that we have emailed it to you and blah blah …… where no email was received regarding this… and why not stating in initially when we clearly asked the terms and conditions. We asked not one but two of staff members and made it clear about the pricing. Still, we received a new price list irrespective of making sure that we will pay the same amount each month . I guess lack of communication and not accepting their faults is why I give 1 stat rating. Atleast accept you did wrong.
