Property Ratings at Belmont Run Apartments
The building I lived in was clean; my neighbors were generally kind and quiet. The only issue with other tenants was handled by the office staff really quickly and reasonably. The office manager ALWAYS remembered me even though I traveled and was hardly there. She made the experience feel so much more personal than I expected living in a cheap-ish complex just off campus. I would definitely live there again. There's a fenced-in area for dogs that other residents are great at sharing. And having it there meant there was little issue with pet waste elsewhere on the property. Plenty of dog waste bins available on walks around the area.
I’ve had no issues since move in. Neighbors are quiet and mind their business. Area is clean no bug issues. No issues with safety or management. They’re quick to respond to any issues or concerns. Highly recommend.
I have a friend who has lived here for around two years. While living here, this property’s basic build apartments are not good and the rent is higher then it should be for what you are getting. The amenities it has (pool, gym) are barely functional and/or small. And do not bring friends or family around, the complex is not ok with cars in their parking lot though the lot is more than have empty 24 hours out of the day.
This apartment complex is the best it has great space and the kitchen is awesome also the staff is amazing here they were so sweet to me and the landlord was so sweet to and the maintenance was sweet to and they are there when you need the m so i am definitely renewing my lease next month also i recommend this apartment complex.
It's amazing !!! Everyone was great it took a week to move in !!! So excited .... 6 months later and still love it !!! It's amazing place to live !!! The land lord is amazing !!! Everything is great
DO NOT MOVE HERE! The leasing manager is terrible and a smart elec. She does not take care of any requests residents have and they charge so much money for a pet deposit. The pet deposit doesn't even cover any damages made by the pet either so the $20 a month you pay doesn't pay for anything. It's just the privilege of having a pet. They are rude and the condition of the apartments aren't even worth the money you pay for rent. I promise you, you DO NOT want to move here. Save your money and go to a nicer apartment. They also left our apartment windows unlocked and someone broke into my apartment because of it. Thank goodness I was there while it happened to stop the intruder.

No, your pet fee (not deposit, fee, it is non-refundable as explained in the Lease), does not cover replacing carpet, or excessive damage beyond normal wear and tear. This is the case at any apartment community.
So far I've lived here for 6 months and I love my space. The living room is so spacious, the kitchen updated, and the neighbors peaceful. I also like that you have to have codes to get in the buildings. The only negatives I can really think of are that the walls stain easily...l dropped a cup of water and the water marks are still on the wall. I love the pool area and work out room they have! Overall, I would recommend this apartment!
I love my apartment. There is nothing I would change. I like the size. I'm the first person to live in my unit since the entire complex has been under new management and remolded. Our maintenance staff is efficient, and the ladies in our office are always friendly.
