Property Ratings at Belmont Park Apartments

Awful Landlord
The landlord of this apartment complex is terrible and made living there unbearable. He would constantly threaten non renewal for having “heavy feet” and “walking too loud” even if you always pay rent on time and never miss a payment. I unfortunately moved into the unit above him and was constantly threatened and harassed even though my roommate and I were model tenants. Do not move here!!
