Property Ratings at Belmont House
The common areas, especially the hallways, are not maintained or cleaned. Ever. There is pet excrement all over the hallways carpets, and stains covering them. They smell horrible and management will not have them cleaned or replaced. The exterior grass areas are also covered in dog poop and there is no enforcement for pet pickup.
The place is extremely dirty and manage doesn’t care. There has been a huge increase in cars being broken into and stolen from the parking lot. Bullet casing found in the parking lot, again nothing is done. I’ve reported it and don’t get any response. The hallways are constantly dirty and rarely clean, the dumpster is always full and trash is everywhere. I wish I could attach pictures!!! Don’t move here.

I just went there for a tour recently and the staff was super nice. We were greeted and all of our questions were answered. The rooms were spacious and the amenities seemed to be great: pool, tanning bed, coffee machine, workout room, etc. I just filled out my application and am hoping to live there :)
Poor management. Dog poop everywhere. Parties every weekends, VERY LOUD! Strangers approach you ask to open the door for them in the middle of the night. Leaking issue with the patio and was never fixed. The management doesn’t do anything to address the issues.
Unsafe area at best (my car was stolen from the lot) and they do not care about improving issues with resident. They care more about improving ratings. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone
My roommate and I have already filed a total of 15 work orders since living here. She has had ants in her room and a flood in her bathroom. There has been very poor communication from the leasing staff regarding the repair process.
It’s a really nice place to live it’s very clean and when u need anything fixed they take care of it right away!
The management team has been great to work with and Belmont offered some great move in discounts because this is a new property. Some things I wish I would have paid closer attention to before moving here are location and noise. Belmont is located between two sets of railroad tracks, the trains are not on a set schedule and come all through out the day and night. If the noise from the trains is something that would bother you, this may not be the place for you. The walls are also paper thin in this building. If you walk through the halls you can hear everyone's conversations and even the tv show they are watching. There are also many large dogs in this building that bark all through the day. It's been annoying to listen to while working from home.
The amenities are unbelievable and the units are extremely spacious. I’m so lucky to call Belmont House my home and can’t wait for my friends to move in!
