Maintenance is on call 24/7 anytime I have a work order he's there to help. Office staff is very helpful and very understanding and willing to work with me if I need help. Best place I've lived at.

Great place to live, love the new manager, she makes sure to get everything fixed and stays on top of everything, love my apartment and mostly it's been remodeled.

Where do I even start with this place? When we first moved in the stove didn't work. There was a leak under the sink that it took them 5 months, replacing the garbage disposal, and replacing the dishwasher before they figured out where the leak was. They didn't clean up the leak properly which cause an insect infestation. We've been left without hot water, we've been left in an ice storm without heat and nobody would answer their emergency line. The icing on the cake had to be when they transferred us into a different apartment because the roach infestation got so bad we couldn't stand it anymore. Trying to honor our leasing agreement and not break it we went ahead and let them transfer us into a different apartment. I asked if new leasing information needed to be signed they told us no we were just going to ride out the rest of the current lease. Now we are trying to move out and they are telling us that because we gave no written notice in spite of telling them multiple times the last 90 days that we are moving out and nobody mentioning that we had to provide it in writing. All the leasing manager wants to say to me is do you have it in writing. He wants to try to quote to me rules and regulations yet they can't follow the most basic one and provide a habitable living environment for their tenants because of all the roaches and apparently they can transfer tenants willy-nilly without proper paperwork yet when you want to move out then all they want to talk about is paperwork. In the three years that we've lived here we've had to live with Roaches for two of them yet we can count on one hand the number of times our rent has been late, we're quiet, we keep to ourselves, we don't have any riffraff coming in and out, we don't have any complaints from our neighbors. Don't ever live here you will live to regret it.
