The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Bellevue Hills
Over the past 3 years, there have been many ups and downs. Our current manager is finally getting things fixed!
Property Manager at Bellevue Hills, Responded To This Review
Hi there! We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. We value you as our resident, and we invite you to contact our office team if there's anything we can do to assist you in the future. We're here to help!
Started with the old company, got a lease and everything seemed great! Then when the new company took over it went downhill quick, don't let the good reviews fool you. It's a mess! The main issue is the shady management. They are rarely in there office and almost never pick up the phone. They lie about fees! The move-out process was horrible as we wanted to renew but they made it a horrible experience so we just got so fed up we decided to leave. The manager is too good to even come talk to the residents, had to ask for him over 3 times and eventually got a horrible phone conversation in which he blamed everything on us, took zero responsibility, when it was his fault our lease was all screwed up. I would say if you want a cheap apartment, this is the way to go, but it is no longer cheap with a ton of overpriced fees. We paid way too much for what we got. Don't recommend.

Great staff, beautiful property, responsive maintenance. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for great value for the cost. The apartments are large with great views and big windows and closets.

I moved into this complex a little over a year ago. I also lived here years ago while it was under different management (pheasant ridge apartments was the name at the time). I decided to come back because boy has this new management done wonders for this property. I feel secure and the office staff is phenomenal. No matter who you speak with in the office they are more than willing to help you. Sure, over time I have had a couple work orders I had to put in. But the maintenance team have never failed to get it taken care of immediately that day, if not the next business day. It seems that everyone who has something negative to say about this staff/property, is because they were possibly doing things that goes against policy/lease.. I have recommended this property to so many friends and coworkers! I dont plan on leaving any time soon. Thank you Bellevue Hills staff for your genuine customer service and making me feel comfortable again.

I've had such a wonderful experience living here for the past 3 years, change in management was a nice surprise. The property has had a complete makeover inside and out. The office Staff has always been there to answer my call and have always been able to help me out. Whenever I need a maintenance request done they're always on time, quick and get the job done right.

I moved in back in May and it has been great, the staff have all been very friendly and helpful. Maintenance does a great job responding to any issues and the property looks very nice. We love the pool and gym and there is plenty of yard space for my kids to play.

Property Manager at Bellevue Hills, Responded To This Review
Thank you so much for your awesome review! 3rd floor really is nice with the vaulted ceilings, mini bar area and all that natural light. Let your friends know about the amazing apartments at Bellevue Hills.
Nothing but a terrible experience since the day I moved in. I didn’t get the unit I wanted, absolutely no parking, they are not straight forward and tell you things but then “don’t remember telling you that” after you sign your lease. Terrible.
Property Manager at Bellevue Hills, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your review. We apologize you had a negative experience and welcome you to contact the office with any concerns we can help resolve.
The new management is absolutely horrible, took a 2 years for them to actually fix what was broken in our apartment, have had 2 of our cars towed for little reason during a pandemic, and raises the rent for everyone.
Property Manager at Bellevue Hills, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your review. Unfortunately if you are parked in a handicap stall, blocking the entrances to the parking lot, blocking someone else garage or in any other way illegally parked we are obligated to tow the car. We apologize you had a negative experience and I welcome you to contact the office to discuss any maintenance issues you may have. Thank you.
I lived at Pheasant Ridge for 3 years and do to my circumstances, had to move up North for a couple of years. I have to say that I liked everything about the apartments there, and on my visits to the friends I made there, I'm always seeing new improvements going on all over. Feels like home to me, and I'm looking to return to Pheasant Ridge soon!
Property Manager at Bellevue Hills, Responded To This Review
Thank you for sharing your feedback and for the kind words about our community! We are very happy to hear that your experience was so pleasant, and are looking forward to your return. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if we can assist with your upcoming leasing needs. Thanks again! Ashley, Seldin Company
Went for a showing yesterday and right away i was comfortable, Im new to this whole apartment thing and have learned a lot just going into the office and talking with them young ladies.
Property Manager at Bellevue Hills, Responded To This Review
Hello! Thank you for taking to give Pheasant Ridge a five-star review. We are thrilled that you are satisfied with our community and we appreciate you sharing this with others. We are continually striving to create a great place for our residents to call home and we are happy that it shows. Thank you! -Pheasant Ridge Staff
Pheasant Ridge is income based so for me I automatically thought it would be trash-y and run down, but it's not. While it's not the new nice apartment buildings that are popping up it's definately a nice quiet place to live. I have had no problems here and the rate is good for what you get :)
Its a good place. The staff is really nice. Has a pool. Close to some schools and has places to shop and grocery story with in a few miles.
I've only been in a week but so far I really like it. They put me on the top floor which I requested. It's nice and quiet, there's the occasional yipping dog but that's not even that loud. The people that work and live here are nice. The only complaint was that it took longer to get in than expected. I also got a big discount on my first month's rent. All in all I am very happy here.
Our family moved into this apartment complex last month, and we have absolutely no complaints! The office staff is so friendly and easy to work with, the maintenance is the best, and we couldn't have asked for better neighbors. The laundry room is right outside of our door. The closet space is a blessing! And when something is broken, it's fixed right away, and if it can't be fixed, it's replaced. We have new carpets, new tile, a new sliding glass door, and new closet doors in the baby's room. The view is great, and the whole apartment complex is CLEAN!
You can call all you want about your leaks, broken heater, broken AC, or any other thing that breaks down or goes wrong, you just may have to wait a year or two until it gets fixed correctly. If you are looking for someplace cheap, and you can get past the terrible service from staff this is the place for you!!!
