Southwestern style two-story apartment community homes, with very large two bedrooms - 2 bathrooms. Lots of parking, great midtown location, one block from speedway, minutes from Tucson Medical Center and 5 minutes from Park Place Mall. We have a number of units available at Bellevue Estates Apartments, rent prices are $895. 5110 East Bellevue Street Unit #108, 208, 210: Two bedroom - One bathroom apartments priced at $850. The mentioned rate does not include utilities. (Water, Sewer, Trash costs are $25.00 for one individual and an additional $10.00 for each additional individual. Electricity depends on your usage). To submit an application please submit it through our main website: https://sbmultifamily.com/properties/bellevue-estates/ or pickup/drop-off applications in person at our Malibu apartment location (3665 N 1st ave, Tucson Az 86719). The application is priced at $35 (non-refundable for background, credit, and criminal check) and $100 administrative fees for a one-bedroom and $150 for a two-bedroom (refundable that reserves the apartment for two weeks). NO HOUSING ASSISTING PROGRAMS AT THIS TIME!

Worst property ever

Owner wont have anything fixed properly, and retaliates when you try to do anything about the moldy condition, water leaks, broken appliances ect. I wish I could give no stars because this place is horrible. The owner is the epitome of a slumlord who is completely money hungry.
