The staff and service at Belle Haven is absolutely over and beyond. I love the trash valet and appearance of overall property. The extra treats for residents like Food Truck Friyay shows appreciation of residents. Also, being able to rent club house is something I look forward to utilizing and am so glad its an option. One of the only frustration is lack of parking for residents and lack of respect in regards to noise from other neighbors and some neighbors not taking pride in upkeep of our beautiful property.

Although it is located near an ACTIVE railroad, the trains are quieter than the neighbors. The staff is great and the interior design is beautiful, but the cons outweigh the pros. Parking is horrific so don’t expect to have company let alone find a space for yourself. The outside is disgusting; due to valet trash service and neighbors dropping food without picking it up the stairs and outside of your apartment look like vomit ?? The walls are paper thin so your hear every conversation, music playlist, dog barking, and baby crying as if it’s in your apartment. Stay away!!!

The staff is very nice and helpful. The community is nice as well, seems like everytime I go to check the mail or come back to my apartment, someone speaks to me. Theres kids playing around and that, to me, speaks on how safe the environment is here. Its just a great and peaceful place to live.

I love living at Belle Haven! Ive been here for a year and a half and it truly feels like home. Moises, Taejh, Brenda and Gabe are always so helpful. I can always easily find a parking spot and I love being able to sit on my balcony and enjoy the wooded view. Even during COVID, the team has gone above and beyond to take the best safety precautions all while keeping a positive attitude. Very happy resident!

I have lived at Belle Haven for 6 years and I love it! The office and maintenance staff are top notch and very responsive.The property is maintained very well. I have not found a better place to live. The location makes it easily accessible to lots of shopping and restaurants.

When i moved in the lease that i sign and gave money, the office email me 2 days later saying that i sign the wrong lease and i owed more money, i had issues with my apt when i moved in no one has still not came out to fix. I had a break in my apt, the persons that was in the office was NOT concern about my safety of moving to a different unit. I ask to speak or have property manger several times. after being denied SEVERAL times to speak or have him contact me. 3 days later they sent info but still no call from property manger. After my break in, it took them 3 days to come and replace my carpet. They showed no empathy as if this break was my fault. They are rude and dont take anything serious in that office. I moved in 3 weeks ago and so far i have no been satisfied in the slightest way. Im actually looking to fail a complaint to the regional manger because persons that in the property seem to not care at all about residents. I am very disappointed.

My experience so far has been excellent from the application process to the Move-In, Tajeh and the Office Managers are professional, knowledgeable, considerate and they always ready to help you with any situation. Maintenace management are professional and perform their duties well and in a timely manner. The Apartment is Beautiful. The grounds are clean and the landscaping is excellent. Love it.

This place had great amenities and was a great place to live, but the management is AWFUL! They need to learn apartment managing skills because they are terrible about communication. Me and my roommates ran into MANY issues with the management and was never accustomed for it.

Belle haven is a nice quiet place to live, it's well lit at night for safety. Although there is major issues with towing, the apartment features and layout is impressive. Overall i enjoy living at belle haven.
The mangement and maintenance staff are proffesional, friendly and the property is upkept nicely.
