I’ve been living at Bellamy for 3 months now. Niya and Kat are always so pleasant and helpful. Also other staff and property managers are kind and professional as well. The only downside is that the walls are thin. My neighbors are mostly quiet but I did notice that flaw about the walls. Lastly, the community is clean, It’s safe here and no bugs.

We toured several places as we make plans to relocate to the Atlanta area, and this was by far the most beautiful and effectively designed living community we saw. Every portion of the complex felt thoughtful, the units were incredibly spacious, and Paul (along with other team members) provided amazing service to me and my family. We enjoyed it!!

Amazing tour! Loved the amenities in the building, especially the secret speak easy door. Apartments have a lot of detail such as mounted wall outlets and other cool features. 10/10!

The property is absolutely gorgeous, from the level of the details in the apartments home to the unique design of the amenities. But to accompany that with a high level of customer service is what set it over the top! Everyone in the office stood up when I entered and from the beginning to the end of the tour the service was 5 star. I will not be moving until December of this year but Bellamy is definitely top of my list.

Don't make the same mistake I did and move here. I expected the odd annoyance due to them finishing the building works but the place is a disaster. My car was broken in to, the internet drops out all the time, there are issues with the heating/cooling system, paper thin walls, endlessly broken car park gates. I could go on.. The Community Manager is the least professional I've come across. He treats you like it's not his job to fix stuff - rude, insolent and unprofessional at best, but mostly doesn't reply to you for weeks.

Bellamy Executive Park is a breath of fresh air. The property is so beautiful. The area is nice & quiet. I love the large windows which you don't see in most apartments & the spacious walk-in closets. Absolutely love the hardwood floors. The staff was friendly and gave very valuable information. I recently stopped by the apartments and WOW, expectations exceeded! I tend to be extremely picky but this place checked a lot of my boxes. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and impeccably clean. They have so many great floor plans, and the common spaces were modern yet warm and inviting. What really impressed us was the service we received! The gentleman that gave us a tour, Paul was TOP TIER! He had an amazing personality, super knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. I had a few questions after we left the property and he responded promptly! Overall just a really wonderful experience, its definitely made the top of my list!

Sometimes you meet someone and it’s as if you’ve known them a long time. This was our experience meeting and working with Mary on the leasing team at Bellamy Executive Park. Mary has been welcoming and hospitable from the very first contact and has been beyond accommodating and responsive in making time to meet with us in person as well as by email and phone. If you are like us, we had many questions regarding this beautiful property, and Mary has been extremely knowledgeable in guiding us through the process. As it is a brand-new property undergoing final certifications, tours of the actual units and amenities were not available, but Mary went above and beyond in sharing site maps, floorplan layouts, design models, and even video walkthroughs that were so helpful in deciding on the right option for us. By now, the property is officially open, and onsite tours are available, but we were impressed by how hard Mary worked to send us all the available information she could at a time when we were not able to physically tour the property. The luxurious amenities at Bellamy Executive Park are thoughtfully designed for working professionals and the interior décor packages are refreshingly fresh and distinct from the other options on the market. Executive Park is centrally located for commuting and proximal to major employers such as CHOA, Emory University, and CDC. There are many unique neighborhoods, restaurants, and retail options to explore nearby. Considering all these other pluses as well as the experience of working with Mary and the superlative leasing team, Bellamy Executive Park is a wonderful option to call home in the Atlanta area!
