I at least have to give one star because no stars is available no. I have asked over and over to get repaireds done on my apartment I was told that we’re not priority and on my 3 month of living here still no repairs.

I was a little wiry with the price and I am actually happy with what we get for our money. I pay 725$ for a 2 bed one bath. We moved from an 875$ for one bedroom. I have not seen any roaches or anything and I've been here a month. Typical apartment feel but we feel better at home here than we did at our old apartment. The other residents are very nice and even have had people help me with heavy stuff. Now if you're a stuck up person don't come here these people are down to earth!
Apartments are infested with roaches, spoke with a few other tenants and it's not just my apartment. They come and spray but obviously that isn't the answer. I see even more roaches every time after they spray. Just gross

I’ve been living at Bellagio for almost a year and a half our office staff (manager and assistant manager) are awesome and so are the maintenance crew. Our manager works just as hard as everyone else. I’ve seen her clean do maintaince and she is super sweet. They are all so quick to fix things. The apartments are clean well taken care of AND affordable. I love it here!!! They are pet friendly which is hard to find. I have no intentions on moving anytime soon. They are stuck with me. ??
cockroaches before I moved in constant need for maintenance everything falls apart maintenance suck bad pool is always close very horrible place to live definitely not recommended
I've lived at the Bellagio Apartments for several years now and it is home to my family. They are pet friendly, family friendly, and several of the people that live here are our own little community. They are also pet friendly and Management is always very nice and if I have a request, they are on it right away. I really like the maintenance staff and they are friendly, and always willing to help. I've lived in several different apartments in town over the years and I like the Bellagio the best!
The Bellagio Apartments has to be the worst apartments that I have ever lived in. The management people never lasted and the maintenance people had bad attitudes and didn't know how to fix things. The worst thing about it all, anytime you called management about any issues in the apartment they would give you attitude and give you the run around. While I lived there, the dihwasher did not work, the bathroom tub leaked water, the heater in the bathroom worked but after a few minutes it would blow the fuse. The kitchen was NASTY, you could see where they have never cleaned under the refrigerator or under the oven. I guarantee if you could pull these two appliances out it would be a scary sight to see. The kitchen was so tiny that you couldn't pull the fridge or oven out to clean. The apartment was filled with cock roaches and management could care less! The neighbors were up and down all hours of the night, honking their horns 4-5 times when they arrived and locked their door. There was illegal drug activity going on and nobody cared! No respect at all from anyone. It was an absolute nightmare living there!! If I could give a rating of -0, I would!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISGUSTING PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!
I recently moved into my apartment at Bellagio of Sunset, I was ecstatic because they were very helpful and accommodating with the move from Florida to Texas. I was able to fax in all documents, pay deposits by credit and officially sign lease then move in. However, the apartment was doable I can tell it needed work because the carpet was dirty, closet door needed replacing and other odds n ins but they are eager to correct so I loved that. I recently moved from one building to another again some minor issues like a/c unit not working for first 3 days which was repaired, stains in refrigerator which I cleaned but the carpet was cleaner and I am content.
