Bedrooms have walk in closets for great storage and there is on-site storage for an additional fee. Locked mail and package room area. There is on-site covered parking, with spaces designated for electric car charging and tandem parking options. Our philosophy is simple: people create the lifestyle, and the lifestyle creates the community. The community space encourages bringing people together to enjoy entertainment and educational events. Our social kitchen often hosts cooking demonstrations, and our community space is ideal for large events. The smaller areas include a private dining room, a library and sitting area, promotes living beyond the space of an apartment. The 5th floor terrace and raised courtyard supports outdoor grilling, a game of Bocce Ball or hosting a dinner party.
