Bella Vista

i am going on 2 years at Bella Vista and it’s been great. Have not needed maintenance often, but the times that I have it’s been prompt and efficient. Great management team and maintenance.

Overall it is a great community and i like living there. Privacy, patrol, quiet and serenity are appreciated here.

This is an excellent place to live, the maintenance is excellent and the team is highly responsive. The internal design is standard and I liked that I could rent my unit remotely. I like having the garage with the remote control and the gated community.

The apartment itself is nice but the amenities are constantly broken. Communication is absolutely horrible and leasing agents do not work the full hours posted. This apartment complex very much felt like once they got us pen to paper on a lease, the facade was lifted and they simply do not care about current tenants, only new potential tenants. The gates have been vandalized with no attempt at repair for months. My truck was broken into with an attempted theft within a week of living here. The location is nice being next to the lake but the management is truly corrupted, with little to no communication unless it concerns them. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Two stars only for location and the room itself. This community sucks.

I have lived at Bella vista for past 6 years because of there excellent staff and very clean and nice property didn’t have any issue for 6 years that I have lived here .

I had reserved a 5pm tour for yesterday and even received a confirmation email in the morning. We show up and see a sign on the darkened office stating they were closed from 11am for a company function. Thanks for wasting my time. No response to my email telling them what I thought. I have a pretty good idea what I would face if I move in here. Don't even bother trying to tour this place.

First location in Washington and was a great choice

Bella Vista has been a very friendly complex for me. The office team as well as the maintenance crew have been very responsive to any questions or maintenance I should need.

Very responsive, competent maintenance & clean amenities- pool & hot tub area.

Gates will never work so don't think this is a secured community. Cars broke into about every week or two. Grounds no longer have well-maintained landscaping compared to what they used to have. They hikes up rent by 10% and management has a constant turnover.

Bella Vista is a perfect place to call home. Its in a fabulous location across from a beautiful park and Lake Washington. The amenities are fabulous and the staff is attentive and responsive. Its beautifully kept and very safe.

It's a wonderful community close to the park and the landings where your able to go for a stroll and enjoy the stores, and restaurants in the areas. Everything is in proximity and walking distance.

Love my townhome apartment! The layout, square footage, amenities, and rent was exactly what I was looking for. This is a beautifully maintained complex with a highly responsive staff. On top of all that, this location is central to key stores and services.

Great place to live in only parking need update and small things on the property but had a good time here generally

This a clean property with great neighbors. The food trucks are a big bonus. You can get an excellent view with the right apartment. Garage is nice. Would be nicer to have more electricity outlets but can make do with one.

Ownership Management knows that the upside of living here is the view and proximity to the lake. So the rent is very high but overall quality is years behind.

One of the better properties I've rented from in the south sound.

For the price that we pay nothing is updated in the home. We have to ask things to get fixed every time.

Bella Vista is situated in an ideal location, beautiful views of Lk Washington and easy access to shops, highways. All our neighbors have been wonderful respectful, quiet we feel extremely safe and comfortable at Bella Vista.

Don’t go there the worst place ever not place for parking no guest parking oh sorry for 2 people you will regret if you go there

Management refuses to get anything done. When we moved in, there was an ant infestation, in which they never helped us get rid of it, simply told us how to and made us pay for extermination services. Even after the extermination, the ants came back and management still refused to help us woth the problem. There was a leak last Christmas in which one of the apartments two floors above us started flooding. Management not only did not respond accordingly, the had to ask permission from the specific apartment owner, and did not fix the leak until a few days later. After fixing the leak, we noticed there was mold still in the ceiling, and management has still refused to take care of the problem to this day. There is also so little parking that other people will either park in your parking spot or park in the fire lane, making it so you can't even park at all. Even when doing this, management has refused to handle the problem and has let cars park in any spot since we moved here. The place is unfit to live in, the management is terrible at best, do not even attempt to live here. Stay away at all costs. They do not care about their residents and refuse to help with any problem that arises.

We have lived here for over a year and really love this place. The staff here are wonderful. Very attentive to residents questions and concerns. They are quick to respond and have solutions to most of our problems. Maintenance is quick and reliable here. They usually show up within a few hours after placing a service request. They are always fast and professional. The grounds here are beautiful. This place puts a lot of work into making sure everything stays looking kept up. They are always on top of repainting, changing lightbulbs, maintaining chimneys, smoke detectors, etc. I feel safe knowing things are being kept up with on a regular basis here. I feel safe in this neighborhood. Yes cars get broken into if you don't lock you doors. But I used to live in a very respectable neighborhood on the east coast that wasn't apartments and that still happened there. So car break ins happen everywhere. Just be careful about leaving the car unlocked. Living on the third floor my packages never get stolen. Thats a plus. You can decorate your porch/balcony however you want to, just no window AC units. Great gym. Has all the basics. I feel safe living here. Leaving for work at 4am and sometimes coming home after 6pm I never feel like I need to have my husband on speed dial. I've never had any issues with other residents here, although Ive heard neighbors get into it with others. No noise complaints for me either. Im quick to call a tow if someone is in my spot. No questions asked. I pay good money for my spot so I have no sympathy for those that don't and now have to pay to get their car out of an impound lot. Its only happened once or twice in the 12 months Ive been here. Close to so many things! 30 min from Seattle and Fed Way. Movies are right down the street along with Target. Major grocery stores are about 15 min away. and 405 is right up the street. And my husband and I always walk down to Coulon Park on the weekends. Beautiful park! I love to run it in the mornings. We easily signed up for another year here. I love it so much and would recommend it to anyone that can afford it.

I have lived here for over a year now and I would like any future resident wanting to lease with this community to READ THIS review. PROS: -Close to Coulon Park (but no dogs are allowed at the park) -Close to freeway and commute is good whether you work north or south. -Convenient location - close to shops and malls. -There are a lot of back ways to get home which is nice when there is traffic. -If you rent a Townhome (I was in the Windward) the amount of space you get is nice and lots of storage and nice open kitchen. -Maintenance staff is nice and responsive. -Doggy bags available throughout the property. -24 hr fitness center CONS: -There is ABSOLUTELY no guest parking. All the open parking spaces are gone and taken by residences by 4pm so if you have guests come over they have to park in the fire lane and you have to worry if there car is towed every 20 minutes. -THERE ARE SO MANY BUGS not only outside but inside your home. There are alot of spiders, ants, and crawly bugs you will find all the time. - Gate hasn't worked for YEARS so its always open. I have lived here for over 1 year and the gate has never worked and they always send an email saying they are working on it - The walls are thin, so you can hear your next door neighbors TV - Management does not care about you after you move in. They don't do anything about your complaints. - I don't know why but delivers always have a hard time finding your unit so your package will be delivered to someone elses home. - The units are OLD and most things they cannot fix and you have to just live with. - No dog amenities - Pool is only open for about 2 months of the year. - THERES ALWAYS SOMETHING DOWN OR BROKEN HERE Just weigh out your options but I give this place a 2.5 out of 5. Its not a great place to live but its not horrible

It's not worth with the money you pay. It named LUXURY and GATED. Not at all. Old appliances, NO PARKING PLACES so don't expect friends or family come to visit. No gated at night because the gate doesn't work anymore. Noise from dog and poep. School zone is not the BEST. The management is changing every months. Opening time is rarely. Don't expect you can BBQ gas in your balcony!!!! people outside drive fast in the community. No place for kid to play. Some cars are broken glass at night.

We are currently in a 2 bedroom/2 bath townhouse. The amount of room and storage in the unit is great. The walls between units are a little thin, but we have a corner unit so that cuts down on noise a little. The community is safe with a gate that is locked at night (residents get a code). The location is great, right across from lake washington and nearby shopping and restaurants. We are very happy here so far!
