Pricey! Trash area is terrible! Apartment got broke into and nothing was done. Pictures very deceiving. Entire area was dirty at all times.

I have lived here for year. The air conditioner has had issues four times, the refrigerator has leaked water three times, parking is a challenge and the garbage is frequently overflowing. The staff are largely responsive. When I renewed my lease, I was told via email that I would be charge the same rate the entire month and it would not be prorated. When the March statement came, it was prorated I did not make an issue of it because it was twelve dollars. However, I am writing about it in my review because it is an indicator of an issue. There are frequent violators of the handicap parking which is never enforced and there is a neighbor who is feeding wild cats who make a great deal of noise and I have seen them go after my neighbors dog. I know there have been complaints to the property management company but they do nothing about them.

It would be a 10 if the rat population was under control in the dumpster area.
Overall good rental. At times the maintenance issues have been reasonably addressed. The first time the air conditioning stopped working the worked had an attitude stating the issue was that I wasn’t changing the air filter monthly. I have since learned how to fix the plugged drain for the AC on my own given the amount of grim built up in the pipe. There are parking and garbage issues. The dumpster situation is challenging, I am frequently cleaning up other people’s messes when disposing of my trash. Also there is abuse of the handicap parking in front of 909. I was away for work for a couple of weeks and my car had a letter on it stating I violated the parking policy, yet there are vehicles parking I’m the handicap parking because the near by spots are full and they do not want to walk.
I would recommend even though it is a little pricey.
I would not recommend this community because we have ig issues with trash disposal and also we have security issues since people from other neighborhoods come really often to use our pool and parking space.
The neighbors leaving clutter in the breezeway is an eYESore. Utility trailer has large equipment coming out of the top of the trailer.
Everything is very well kept,and neat. I definitely will recommend this apartment community.
The office personnel is awesome and the maintenance team are always there as soon as we call love the pool area wish there was a jacuzzi or hot tub the apartment's are very nice and the neighbors made us feel welcomed
I have lived here for 13 years. Recently I was told there is only 1 other resident that has been here longer.
I would and would not..would because it is beautiful and well kept except for the dumpster area. I would not because it's to expensive especially for a 1 bedroom and you hear the train go by
The maitenence team is amazing. I recently filed two requests. We had a third situation arise after hours tonight at midnight. We awoke to a loud noise outside or bedroom window coming from the AC fans. Finally we went outside to look and the AC fan blade broke off inside one of the units outside our window and was making a huge noise that sounded like an explosion every time the unit fan came on, waking us up and making it impossible to sleep. The after hours call was received and maintence got out pretty quickly to shut the unit off for now and get to it in the morning. It seems to control another apartment unit (not ours). Makes for a rough night but can'??t complain since maitenence was able to take care of it! Maitenence deserves an mvp award at this apartment complex. We'??ve never had issues in 2 years living here and then suddenly had 3 visits this past week.
I am so impressed during the short time I have been here. Huuuuge improvements over my last apartment complex’s services. Kudos!
Staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the information needed to successfully rent here.
The leasing consultant was very friendly and professional. Some of the features have been updated, but the exterior of the buildings need refreshing and cleaning up. They look old.
Would not due to monthly rent is high. Not centrally located. Otherwise I would.

Maintenance is super fast (even on the weekend) and has always fixed our issues.
This is my 6th year here and I remain very happy. Everyone responds in a kind and positive way. All requests are completed rapidly or as soon as possible. No hassles!!

I would recommend this apartment complex because of the area there located the staff is friendly and the apartments look nice
it's a bit pricey but if they could afford it i would recommend this community.
I enjoy the apartment living space! I have issues with the outdated air conditioning unit and I feel like the price is outrageous for a one bedroom so far away from Tampa
The fees are too much on top of rent that is paid. Water, reading of meter fee, and Especially for a one bedroom. Also you can hear the train.
For the most part it is a clean well kept and seams safe.
Upstairs neighbors are elephants that let their kids bounce balls and jump constantly. Have repeatedly gone to office. It stops for a couple weeks then starts up again. Neighbors in next stairwell have obnoxious dogs that try to attack my dogs when taking them for daily walk. Or just simply walk with my children to the pool.
Just based on safety concerns it would be nice if there was security driving around at night possibly
I feel this community provides a safe and welcoming environment.
Rent is kind of high, but the personnel staff are awesome and the amenities great.
It's the type of complex where you get what you expect. There aren't any secrets or hidden agendas. It was easy to work with the staff and the complex itself is warm and homey.
Upgraded apartment living with, Pool, 24hr gym, garages upon request as well as washer and dryers. Right next to I-4 quick easy access to either Tampa or Orlando, both of which have major theme parks just minutes away. The staff is helpful and maintenance is always on top of keep the grounds and apartments up to par. Great Place to live.
- Great location, cuts my husbands travel time in half to get to work. - In the first year, the apartment complex replaced our whole air-conditioner. - Twice a year, the apartment complex sponsors a garage sale, and advertises it for us. - Plenty of room for the 2 of us, even a guest room for our grown daughter. - On site repair men, great response!
Love it so far, the grounds are kept beautiful our apt is spacious and clean. There is a nice pool, gym and car wash station also.
I like Madison Park Rd Apt but I never see neighbors or people. I know they are there because some nights I can barely find a parking space. The beware of Alligator sign is funny but I think Its a joke. Now these spiders, I don't understand why there are sooo many outside my apt. I spray and wipe yet.. they return like a virus. I love this area because its hush hush but I hate spiders and None of the paint was dry when we moved in so it look like we had a "peel the paint off" party on the doors and 2 window seals. a little expensive
