Property Ratings at Bella Vista Apartments
This is the worst apartments i ever lived at. The management is terrible! There has been shootings here. I got a violation for my sister coming to visit with her dog. There is no isolation in these apartments so you hear everything from other apartments, I’m breaking my lease here because it’s so bad!

We would like the opportunity to discuss with you about challenges you had while living at the community and invite you to call or email the office so we may have an opportunity to talk through your concerns.
Bella is kind of tucked away from the action which is good for me. The management is awesome and have taken care of me. The people here keep to themselves but there's a pool there to hang out and cool off during the hot months. Even though it's tucked away, it's not far from whatever you need. I highly recommend these apartment homes.
