To sum it up in one word- ew. I toured Bella Tess Apartments last week and honestly, the second I walked into the office, I wanted to leave. The women in there, who I assume are managers, or at least weren’t the front of house help, were super cliquey and made me feel really uncomfortable. They didn’t even bother to say hi or acknowledge us. When we came back, the girl in the back office was just on her phone, and the other two were just gabbing. The only reason I stayed was because Marlena and the guy up front were nice. The apartments themselves were fine, but after seeing how the office was run, I wouldn’t say it’s worth the price. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Tried to submit this two weeks ago and it wouldn’t post it on Google. Guess they delete their bad reviews???

They have top tier maintenance and a great team in the office. They have always been respectful and quick to respond. The verity of apartment styles and size is great. One thing I do wish they had was a more robust gym.

Never plan on having guest come. There is nowhere for them to park and if you don't have a parking permit from them, they will have your car towed away. My cost today was $417.00 All I was there for was to babysit my great grandchildren. I have parked in the same area before with no problem, not sure why last night way a tow away time. I tried to call them this morning no one has bothered to return my call.

These policies are clearly stated in our lease agreement, move-in acknowledgments, and signs posted throughout the community. While we still require every resident and guest to have a parking pass, we have recently updated our policy to issue overnight warnings before towing. We hope this will reduce such incidents while ensuring resident parking remains a priority. Thank you!
My boyfriend and I just moved in here about 2 weeks ago, and we absolutely love it! John made it a super easy move for us, and has helped us with every step of this process.

This is an awesome complex. The large pool here is beautiful and well maintained and I had so much fun at the pool this summer! Management (Amanda) and the maintenance staff are very friendly, helpful, and are quick to respond! The leasing staff are always friendly and helpful too! This complex is very community orientated with activities for the residents throughout the year. This week they are having a “Bella Tess Fest” for the residents with a mining theme. They even went the extra mile and constructed a mine for the event! There will be food, a mechanical bull, games, and a petting zoo! Fun, fun, fun!!!! Last but not least, I feel very safe here which was a primary factor when choosing this apartment. If you’re looking for a great place to live check out this apartment complex before making your decision. You won’t regret it!!

I am amazed by the very approachable and supportive management team at Bella Tess. They took good care and the move-in went very smooth. The layout of my apartment is very spacious with wide doors and space to move around. No bumping into each other. The kitchen is quite huge for a one bedroom apartment with a lot of storage and counter space. I absolutely love the huge windows in my living room! They provide so much natural light. The cherry on top is the HVAC A/C, pool and well equipped gym.

My experience at Bella Tess has had its ups and downs with the lack of management communication which has caused some frustration but the communication has improved which I really like because it demonstrates that the management team listens to their residents and makes positive quick changes based on feedback. I love the safe and secure feeling in this community and being able to call this place home.

So far living at Bella Tess has been good. The area is great, super close to everything you need but still private. The amenities are great from the pool, balcony, and in unit washer and dryer. It has been a good living space so far.

We just renewed our lease for another year at Bella Tess even though our monthly rent went up $200.00. There is a lot of noise coming from above day and night do to wood flooring. We love our beautiful apartment, central heating and ac, grounds, close to I-90, shopping and trail. The staff(office and maintenance)is very friendly, helpful and always treat you with respect. You got to take the good with the bad.

I just moved into a new studio the entire process took less then 2 weeks. They gave me a month of rent also because I am a new resident. The staff is friendly and I have not had much trouble with anything that I have used so far.

This is the most beautiful complex! The amenities like luxury vinyl flooring, stainless appliances, and travertine backsplashes are unexpected, and the grounds are landscaped better than any apartment complex I've seen! Neighbors are respectful so it's quiet, and the food trucks and parties the staff throws are fun. Though the rent is steeper than some other places, it is worth it to live in this environment. Staff is helpful and maintenance responds quickly. The only thing to make it better would be to put blinds on the top windows in the master and living room windows (3rd floor feature). If we didn't need a large garage and a fenced yard, we would stay because we enjoyed it that much! Overall, I would very highly reccommend Bella Tess for anyone looking for a nice place to live!

This property is amazing! From the first time I walked in the energy was amazing! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and got me into the most beautiful apartment! The flowers around the community are so beautiful and we’ll kept. We lived at Bella Tess for six months. The Good: It is nicely situated close to the Centennial Trail, and also close to Idaho as well as Spokane. The apartments are well maintained and much attention is spent on grounds maintenance. The office is very attentive and very friendly. The Bad: The kitchen is not well designed and barely useable. The walls and ceiling easily transmit noise. We were able to hear everything going on above us day and night. The outside noise is especially prevalent at night. The neighbors varied from being very friendly to being aggressive and malicious. Drug dealing occurred in plain site. I was nearly attacked by a malevolent neighbor for doing nothing but to complain that he parked in my paid parking spot and wouldn't move. The office didn't do much about it. The gym is not well outfitted, and most residents use outside gyms, like the YMCA down the street. Many of the neighbors are real pigs, and the garbage area is constantly a total mess. The Ugly: GreyStar runs this apartment complex. They will get you royally when you move out. We ended up with multiple charges for things that were NOT even damaged. It wasn't worth protesting, but I felt that GreyStar was deeply dishonest.

Bella tess apartments are classy and beautiful. They make you feel like your in a upgraded home. The finishes are great. Worth the extra money. The pool is huge and I love they put together fun activities residents can do. I would 100 percent recommend them to anyone looking.

I love living at Bella Tess and feel very safe here. The apartments are lovely, very economical regarding utility expenses & central to my activities. The pool is spacious and clean plus the exercise room is filled with many machines to work out on. The maintenance staff is competent and eager to address your concerns in a timely manner.

Bella Tess is a wonderful place to live. It is a short distance to town, freeway and parks. The landscaping is nicely done and maintained. The office staff is polite and helpful.

Living at Bella Tess is like resort living.The amenities are great from the fire pit to the BBQs and delightful pool. I still need to utilize the gym that we are fortunet to have access to. My wife and I could not be more pleased with our apartment experience. After years of owning a home, it is now a delight not to have to worry about repairs, taking care of the lawn, etc., etc. The management could not be more responsive and helpful. The grounds are kept immaculate. There are occasional situations where fellow tenants may live like pigs and don't clean up after themselves, but even then, the administration of Bella Tess does a stellar job of remedying the situation. We couldn't be happier with our choice of BT.

Our move into Bella Tess has been a wonderful low-stress experience. We had just moved out of our own home and wished to downsize following retirement. Bella Tess feels like we are on vacation. Bella Tess is a beautiful community that cares about its residents a lot! The homes are stunning and I love the touches put into each apartment, ie: locally made cabinets. Central heating and air were a major plus as well.

The office staff are very nice and friendly. Tessa was the one that helped me get settled in. She was very professional and made me feel like a part of the community. The apartments are very nice and well kept. They did a thorough walkthrough with me and explained all of the amenities that they provide. So far it has been a good environment to live in. I have not had any issues with neighbors being to loud or obnoxious. Overall a great experience so far.

This apartment complex is located in a great area around the Spokane Valley. It is not only located near the valley mall but also just down the street from the elementary school my child goes to. I love the dog park!

Bella Tess was such an amazing home for my husband and I. When we had to leave due to work, we were so sad to go! So much so, that when we came BACK to Spokane Valley, we leased for a second time at the apartment complex. Bella Tess was our first home together, it was where we started our family and where we met so many amazing people. The leasing team was always kind and helpful - any complaints we had, they were always on top of it! We eventually built a home and moved ahead in life, but, we will always cherish and appreciate the experiences and friendships made at Bella Tess!

So far we've been very comfortable at Bella Tess. The front room is large and spacious which has helped coming from a much larger home. The staff is very responsive and we feel safe in this environment. I appreciated the flexibility that was offered in helping us move in on a particular day. Lisa
