Bella Terra Coulee a great community. However it need a lot of work in the maintenance area, as well as there is a lot of smokers around. And the laundry always had machines out of service, even when they replaced all machines for new ones!! Staff was friendly. But there was a lot of lack of getting things done.

This complex is really nice, the apartments are set up to be exactly how we wanted them. They have multiple laundry rooms and pools!

I actually enjoy living here, this is my first apartment, I've always been in a house with washer and dryer hookups, garage ect..so to have to step down in size after 20 hrs, was hard. But learned to use the laundry room here and love the gym. So yeah I would recommend to others. The deposit was the best part at first, reasonable not 2 times the rent like others want. So that was a blessing...

The only good thing about this place is the location and internet. Buildings are from the 1980s, service from all aspects of management is lacking, and parking is the worst I've ever seen (for guests and visitors alike).

I come from a hardlandscape background. I nor my crew would ever leave a job as sloppy as the pool/workout room area is. There are exposed wires, holes the size of a basketball. Plants pulled from the groud during the electrical repairs and left. The ground is extremely uneven. I went to wash clothes this last Sunday only to find at least 5 washers out of service.

We can tell that Bella Terra is invested in the upkeep of the complex with all the improvements we’ve seen this past year. And the management is very reasonable. Although the consistent broken jacuzzi at the lower pool site has been frustrating, as have the limited hours at the Gym due to the new renovations.

Bella Terra is a nice community with two pools and a good amount of parking. The staff up front are very helpful and will respond to issues very quickly.

As an individual living on a budget, I strongly believe Bella Terra is an excellent choice. I have actually lived here for over 5 years, from a 3 bedroom, to a 2 bedroom, to currently in a 1 bedroom and I also work from home. I like that the community is usually quiet, neat, with respectful staff and I feel safe. I like to be left alone and this community allows for that. I also believe the amount of amenities we get compared to other apartments in the area are well within the rent value.

This was the worst apartment complex I ever lived in! I will never ever recommend to anyone to move in here. They do not enforce any rules. Complaints reported to the leasing office go nowhere. Everyone that works in the office is clueless. No one seems to care. The place is the worst and I am moving out soon. All the neighbors and people that live here are miserable and not friendly. Also, the security and towing company who are supposed to tow people out of assigned parking spots are completely useless. They neve come whe called. There are also transient savaging in the dumpsters in the apartment complex daily and nightly since it is not a gate community. The complex itself is run down and needs a lot of work. Likewise for the actual units. The maintenance staff takes at least two weeks to fix things. Good bye and good riddance to Bella Terra Apartments in Vista, CA. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!

I will not be renewing my lease here. The amenities here are not worth the issues that one has when submitting maintenance requests. The communication from the office is always an email blast that comes 1-2 hours too late, or has nothing to do with you. For example, rather than communicate directly with folks that have been wrongfully parking on the property, they copied and pasted the Parking section of the leasing contract to remind us of the rules. That was the most recent one. There have been other emails reminding everyone, whether you have a pet or not, to clean up after your pet. And also, if you see anyone not cleaning up after their pet, they encourage you to tell on them to the office staff or better yet to ask them yourself to clean up their dog's waste.

Maintenance and front office do not communicate to residents at all or until it is too late to be informed on things. Maintenance work orders become completed without anyone coming to check on issues.

The optics are nice, but the maintenance of apartments and property are lacking. The gym only has one working cardio machine. Has been like this since move in in September of 2023. Maintenance requests need to be put in multiple times and even then are only partially resolved. Some rules apply to list residents, they say this is because of new company taking over with new rules, but just look at the differences in how patios and porches are maintained and you will see the discrepancies.

Bella Terra is a very outdated property. All of the appliances and surfaces need to be remodeled.
Nice place, easy access, close tô miracosta College, it has a covered space for cars, good leisure area and good staff. A little bit noisy close to Hacienda Dr.
This is the best Apartment Home complex I have ever resided. The apartments are very nice and well maintained and the staff at Bella Terra are simply the best!
Management staff and maintenance staff are always helpful and friendly when visited upon. They make sure questions and issues are solved and always sitting down with me and going over things step by step.
I love living here. The community and staff are simply the best. I wouldn’t change a thing. Been here several years. I’m very happy and content with all.
Would not due to parking space and the amount of rows that occur. I have used my second car on some days with a note stating that my personal car was in the shop and my secondary car, the one I was using, got towed.

Out of all the places i have looked at in N. San Diego County. Bella Terra has the best to offer for the price. Good location, competitive rental rates, nice units, nice overall complex. Best value for the money.

Parking is not great, new communities with in unit laundry and near downtown go for the same advertised rate. It's a fine enough place.

It's well maintained. The maintenance staff is friendly and courteous. The GM, Steve, is very professional and courteous too. He's always available during working hours, and appears genuinely concerned about any issues we've had in the past and that our stay here as residents is a good one!

The area is getting very dangerous, there is no patrol car, is always dirty, laundry room are dirty at all times, there is dog poop all over the complex.
The floor plans and, square footage is definitely to my liking and, the staff has "Always " gone above and beyond to assist me when ever I needed it

I really do like living here but this is the first time I've ever had to put in a maintenance request. I put in two requests and I got no response from anybody
Our area is not maintained or presentable nor is parking enforced.
I enjoyed living there and felt safe until new residents moved in. I left early due to that reason
Laundry mat has been closed for months to fix machines. Cockroaches keep coming up the bathroom pipes. Little to no response when calling the front office when emergency maintenance occurs or emailing back.
The only negative is that the apartments allow smoking outside and it smells bad.
