I live here currently, and this place is amazing. Mukilteo has to take some of the credit, because the town in general is so quite, nice, not much crime, no homeless people getting high on the corner. For being so close to Everett, which is disgusting, crime ridden, and dirty, it's amazing what a difference. This particular apartment complex has apartments with garages. And first floor access that are like living at a duplex. The staff is great, at first, we had a small problem, but they had good motives behind it. I love living here and would suggest it to anyone who wants to be in a nice quite neighborhood.

Bella Terra is a beautifully kept complex. I feel safe and well taken care of when I need something done. Though the appliances need replacing, everything else and the staff are great. Knock on wood, no issues with loud neighbors or anything like that.

Very quiet safe and peaceful. Management is on it and tried to build friendly environment. Maintenance usually is in minutes or already on the problem before we notice it. Usually I don't like apartment living but this community I can very easily live in long term.

From the office to maintenance everyone is always considerate and willing to help anyway they can - even when the request my seem trivial

Maintenance crew is quick responding, knowledgeable, friendly and very courteous.

We were made to feel very welcomed. The property has a wonderful park-like small town feel, and the location in Harbour Pointe is convenient to everything.

Bella Terra is comfortable and well managed. We are please with just about everything at the current rent levels and will stay if rents remain the same.

I'm filling this out for my mom, who lives at Bella Terra. She really enjoys living at Bella Terra. She lives alone, yet feels very safe there. She likes that it is a non smoking facility, as she has health problems. The office and maintenance people are always so nice and helpful for her.

Great apartment for the value, the leasing professional was very professional and knowledgeable.

I'd let them know there is a "hidden" cost that I didn't hear about. The maintenance bill came as a surprise. I figured at the price paying for this room, it would be included.

Overall a very nice place to live. Safe and peaceful.

Tony was at my door within minutes of submitting the request and had it fixed in no time at all.

The ceiling of the apartment is high and the space structure is good.

It's a beautiful neighborhood and facility. The size of the home is perfect and very nice.

The community seems to have respectful people who are quiet and respectful of others, it's located in a great area, and the area has very good schools. Also the area is safe and the community is dog friendly.

Everything was great about the area and the apartments themselves. But it was just becoming too expensive to continue living there

This very simple and easy maintenance issue was promptly and effectively addressed. But I do have some concerns about certain long term and more difficult maintenance issues that have not yet been addressed.

The 7 is due to the rent being so high and having an old fridge oven and sticky washer!

The leasing professional who helped us was extremely helpful and friendly, she made our visit very pleasant. The floor plan we saw was a good layout, we are waiting to view a townhome when it opens up. The only thing that I found I was not fond of in the apartment we viewed were the mismatched color schemes of the counter tops and appliances in the kitchen and bathrooms. Hoping to view a remodeled model when we come back to see the townhome. Other than that, the grounds were very well kept and ammenties are wonderful. We are looking forward to coming back and doing a second viewing.

love how they spayed out the stairways, they were pretty dirty and power washed them before the memorial day weekend, saw they drained and cleaned jacuzzi and swimming pool...everything clean hope it stays that way. looks great

I love the Guided Fitness program and my maintenance issues have always been handled quickly

Would: Great location, and amenities are wonderful -- especially the business center and fitness center. Would not: Lots of doors getting unnecessarily slammed throughout the day and into the night.

The Price gone wild with no benefits such as carpet clean for renewal lease or something to give clients feels wanted.

Great location. I like the community events, too. The property could go from good to great if it were a little more affordable and if the stairwells were inspected.

It is a cozy place, staff is very friendly and attentive to the needs of the residents.

Staff was amazing. Mukilteo itself is a nice town. Fantastic location and just a nice apartment.

My husband and I were renters here for the past three years. We were very pleased with the apartment and location. However, while living there we felt there were many incidences when the office staff was not communicative. Multiple times while living there the resident mail boxes were broken into, many times very little was done in terms of prevention and the mailboxes were simply "repaired" while mail items remained unaccounted for. Most recently, in March we did not receive mail for 2 WEEKS, with little to know communication or updates about the mailbox replacement project. Even upon moving out we were never sent a bill for our closing balance after cleaning fees and utility costs, and nothing appeared in the online resident portal. However, that balance was forwarded IMMEDIATELY to Collections, despite having a track record of paying all rent and bills on time! Even though a staff member admitted they hadn't sent us a bill yet we were forced to pay the balance plus INTEREST to keep it from affecting our good credit. For the cost of rent, I would expect much better communication and customer service. Although the apartments are nice, I don't think Bella-Terra is worth the hassle for renters.

The entry way being so dirty. I personally have swept stairwells & landings... People don't respect the property. Someone ties the back entry door open sometimes & most often leaves door ajar... That's just wrong

People in the management & maintenance team are professional and nice to work with. The complex and area are beautiful and pleasant to be in. However, the cost of living here is a bit too high.

Parking can be tough. I wish there were more stores and restaurants. I would probably never leave the complex.

I love the community and for an apt there is good parking. Just waiting for the pool to open 😎

Service requests sometimes are completed and other times dismissed. For instance, we've had a stairwell light out for 8 months. Despite my requests and follow up, it's remained unaddressed. It makes the property look shabby. Noisy neighbors, too. Desite multiple requests, noise remains unchanged.
