Roaches!! roaches!! roaches non-stop roaches!!!

Don’t Not live here it’s not what you think !! The security is horrible your car will get towed looks nice on the outside in on the pictures but there’s non-stop roaches

DONT LIVE HERE WORST MISTAKE EVER!!

This place is the absolute worst you’re better off living in San Bernardino. Sure it looks nice and looks maintained. There’s many areas outside that smell very horrible (pee smell and skunk smell) I think people pee outside!! maintenance is lazy and claim things work but don’t parking is horrible you have to park 3-4 units away from your own to park. Office is friendly up until they decide to want to pick on you and show any sign of dissatisfaction they will continue to not want to help you and avoid you. Constantly getting wrong information. You think you’re being proactive and doing things right but keeping your apartment complex informed of “required renters insurance” and leave a notice because they were sloppy and can’t keep track of emails. Apartment is very small very little cabinet space. Also restroom toilet has never flushed properly since I’ve been here. People constantly smoke weed by the laundry rooms and people are out yelling and screaming passed 11pm. I would recommend paying the little extra to have a comfortable/harassment free living!! -5

Pros and cons

Bella park is a very nice apartment complex, they keep it well maintained and looking nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious and the white cabinets with the hardwood floors was a win for me. They have a business center, so you have free access to their computers and printers during office hours. I'm giving it 4 stars because they close the pool at 5pm and there is not assigned parking. I live in the back of the apartment complex so parking hasn't been very hard for me to find but your guests that have to park outside might have some trouble finding parking as there are town homes in front and in the back of these apartments that park on the street as well. Overall, I really do enjoy living here in these nice apartments, it just sucks for my guests that have to find parking and that i can't enjoy the pool after a long day at work :/

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES

Roaches,non stop roaches... they look nice on the outside once ur inside u could tell they repainted all the rust on doors,fungus on restroom ceiling,they got some kind of business set up with the TOW company cause thats the only thing on point.BAD BAD SECURITY

Not the worst

This is not the best place ever but far from the worst. The location makes for most of the problems. Drug dealers, drug addicts, and wastrels were a real problem when I moved in but they have slowly been getting moved out. The projects disguised as townhomes behind the property are the real problem. The management is helpful and welcoming but the pool being closed on Sundays in this weather is ridiculous. They could also use an update in the laundry rooms. The parking is for residents only,which sucks if you have visitors.

Not what it looks like!

This property is well maintained. The people at the office are nice and welcoming. The front of the property is very nice looking. But this place is just your typical section 8 housing apartments. You'll find everything from drug dealers, drug users, drunks, and bums going through the garbage at all times of the day. Security is no good. You're better off calling the police. The contracted towing service company in this property is on point. They will tow your car right away if you ain't got a permit. You'll see people just sitting outside drinking and smoking at all times of the day. And what makes this property worst are the town homes located in the back just outside of Bella Park. We lived here for over a year and there was about 4 shootings on the same street located on the back street of Bella Park. I tip my hat to the gardeners who make this place look like something is not. The maintenance guys are the coolest. They are very easy to work with and very friendly. Bella Park Apartments is located in the wrong side of town is what I think. It has potential. If only they would just stop getting section 8 people this place would be great. My advice to anyone planning on moving here is, try to avoid getting a apartment in the back of this property. Maybe your stay here will be a better experience that ours.

Bad area, no security except to tow you're car,

bad security, bad souronding area, gate is always open or blocked with shoes or shopping carts. Tenant upstairs has lots of homeless, drug addicts in and out all day long notified manager several times and I have yet to get any response. Found a few bugs which they did spray once I complained. Other than that Rooms and living spaces is good size. Horrible parking at night since their is no assign parking plus gates are always open. Front of the apartments look good but take a drive towards the back.

Great place but.....

This place is great but security isnt the best. Gates are always stuck, knowing this area isnt great. And they are always spiking the rent every 3-4 months. But otherwise the living space is great, they remodeled and evicted all "bad" people and its a calm peaceful place to live.

I like this place. Has a pool, barbecue, playground, very quiet.. Friendly people.. But they close these services too early. And there is no guess parking. They tow away your car very fast :(
