For instance, the Heritage Trail teaches kids about the cultural history of the area. Locals enjoy spending a long weekend or a warm day at the Castaic Lake Recreation Area, 15 minutes from their homes, for boating and swimming during the day and enjoying s'mores at night.
When not exploring the great outdoors, locals drive 12 minutes south to the downtown area to enjoy a hot bowl of stew at Souplantation or homemade Italian cooking at Sisley's.

Property Ratings at Bell Valencia
I moved to Valencia, CA form Miami Beach, FL few months ago. Company housed me for the first month in the Montesito apartments and I just fall in love with the place then. Unfortunately they did not have studio apartments available so, I looked to other apartments. No matter how well other apartments looked and how rent was cheaper – Montesito was on my mind. Time was ticking and time was approaching for me to leave corporate housing in Montesito apartments. I placed security deposit ($200.00) with another apartment building in the area to hold place for me and they ran my credit. Few days later I received email from Montesito Manager Tabitha that apartment I liked become available. I had a decision to make and I choose Montesito. Yes, I lost $200.00 although; I gain place that I enjoy very much living. Location is great (7 min walk to work); they welcome my beautiful girl Scottish Terrier Chelsea and the best part it is nonsmoking apartments. Appliances are new, apartment was freshly painted, dark hardwood floors throughout. I live in the studio although floor plan is so unique that makes feel I live in 1 bedroom apartment. Have large balcony and parking. Landscaping is beautiful and we have gym and pool. Management is very responsive. It is little expensive but as they say: you get what you pay for.
I live in my father's apartment because I can't afford to move out. It's a beautiful place, but I need my own life. Help me.
