Bell Southpark has been everything that I wanted in a home. Moving out of state, I looked at several apartments, but Bell Southpark was by far the very top choice.
Everything went quick and very easy. Staff was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. Had no problems with my move in date and moving our stuff in was a breeze.
Within the first week, there has already many small problems here and there, but the staff is very helpful when I go in person. My only other complaint is that it takes many calls for it to eventually be picked up, but once again, they are very helpful when they do.

good place overall. the gym is not kept up very well, but the other amenities are fine. leasing office is very hard to get a hold of. happy with my unit.
The property is big with lots of great amenities. The units are a bit out dated in relation to appliances and furnishings. The leasing agents were kind and responsive throughout the move-in process.

Nice apartments. Fast maintenance. Nice location. Moving in was simple. Front office doesn’t always answer the phone. But overall nothing too bad to say. Some broken/clunky features throughout the apartment.

The Parks has helpful maintenance staff and well-kept grounds—though the area around the dumpsters could use more attention. I like being here for the most part.

Maintenance has responded to our requests in timely manner. Community is clean as well as pool area. Have met a few nice neighbors out poolside. Front office staff has really helped me with any issues or questions I have had.

Great experience! love these apartments. My good apartment is a place where I feel truly at home. It’s clean, cozy, and filled with everything I need for a comfortable life. The rooms are bright and spacious, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. I love the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, which makes it easy to relax or focus on work. The location is perfect—close to shops, public transport, and parks, so everything I need is within reach. I recently moved into Bell Southpark Apartments just two days ago, and I’m already loving my experience here! From the moment I walked into the leasing office, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout the entire move-in process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, which I truly appreciated as a new resident. The apartment itself is clean, and beautifully maintained. I was really impressed with the attention to detail in both the design and the quality of the space. It immediately felt like home. One of the standout features of Bell Southpark is the wide range of amenities. The fitness center is top-notch, with all the equipment you could need. The pool area is stunning and perfect for relaxing, and I love how well-kept the outdoor areas and walking paths are. The package lockers, parking, and clubhouse are all thoughtfully designed for convenience and comfort. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here.

The apartments are great and so are the amenities. I will say the people at the office have made it more difficult for us. The guy that helped us doesn’t seem to know what’s going on. He didn’t give/tell us certain info that was important when moving in. They also delayed a maintenance request with no updated timeline and then they cleaning last randomly walked in my house with zero warning while I was asleep in bed. I told her to stay at the door ands she just walks into my bedroom.

Apartments are nice. The appliances are all fairly new and there is a lot of space in the kitchen. The balconies are large enough to enjoy. The bathrooms and bedrooms also have a good amount of room. Now here’s what they won’t tell you. The walls are THIN. THE WALLS ARE THIN. If you want to hear your neighbors talking every night live here. If you want to hear dogs barking every night live here. If you want to hear your upstairs neighbor walking around every night as you try to sleep live here. They will take you for everything on the way out as well. I was charged $98 for full paint damage, I never hung up a single thing nor did I have anything touching any walls. I was there less than a year. $125 for a clean + $125 for a carpet clean that I vacuumed before I left and regularly vacuumed while there. I vacuumed,moped, and cleaned every inch of that place before I left. Easily $300 upon move out, so your security deposit doesn’t mean anything you won’t get that back. Management team is fairly friendly, maintence people are always on time and friendly. In the end it is a large greedy apartment corporation trying to get theirs. I am very very thankful and happy I don’t live there anymore. Save you money because there are a ton of better options in the Austin area.

I love walking through the neighborhood with my daughter and seeing everyone’s patios and how cute they have them decorated! It’s such and nice and quiet community and we love calling it home.

Easy move in, professional friendly staff, and beautiful complex. Apartment was clean and so are the grounds. I was helped by two leasing professionals, and my interactions with both not only made me decide to choose Bell SouthPark, but confirmed I made the right decision. The amenities are plenty!!!

Friendly staff and nice community. Made the move in quite seamless. Staff was able to answer all questions in a timely manner, I work remote so it’s nice having a community to be able to work from home and not feel over crowded or too loud at times.

I honestly feel the modernized interior and the amenities just seem to suit me tbh and I am trying to establish myself in a new city with new surroundings.
I’ve really loved living in these apartments so far! The customer service and attention to detail have been excellent from the day I moved in until now. My only complaint is that the stairs and hallways could use a good power wash, as they’re quite dirty at the moment. Other than that, it’s been a great experience!

I moved in October 2024 and I will not be renewing my lease. I’d end my lease now if I could afford to. I moved from out of state so I wasn’t able to tour the property in person and from the pictures it looks great. Don’t let the pictures fool you. The apartments are not very modern, not very much storage space, unhoused people walk into the property and walk around all night, the “security” gates are never closed, and your mail will get stolen. I sent a message to the management office about my mail getting stolen and never received a reply. I have been woken up 3 times in the last week by someone screaming at the top of their lungs to be let into an apartment. The cops have been called every time. If you try to call security good luck getting through to them. I feel as though the pictures they have posted are very misleading and do not reflect the actual apartment you will be getting.

Love the place only bad part is everyone leaves their trash outside regardless of the trash valet guidelines and it smells for days even though South Park sends emails saying “Please note that fines will be issued for any violations of these guidelines.” But there are no fines cause all the neighbors around me do continue to do it. That or they’re rich. Anyways, everything is great besides coming home to that every day/weekend. 4 stars

Cool space. Free EV Charging/ Reasonable pricing. One thing I don't like is 1.Kids from the nearby high school hand around and chill in the neighborhood especially in the stairways and 2.The front desk will never get back to you if you ask them a question. Ill update my review if anything changes

Nice, modern apartments and amenities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Super convenient location being very near to shopping and nature walking trails. Some units and areas of the property are fairly noisy due to the highway though.

Hope that you have good neighbors. THE WALLS ARE THIN. Dogs are very prevalent in this complex. If your neighbor has a vocal dog you will never get sleep. If your neighbors play music till midnight on a random work night then you will be having a hard time at work the next day. I’m unsure if they ever follow up with noise complaints or do anything so take matters into your own hands. Management has been fine. Maintence is good. The halls are gross and always smell. The gates are never working except maybe one or two. Good location close to 35. Their pest control doesn’t work, so use your own. This is a massive complex expect all the problems that go with that. I am waiting for the day I can leave this place.

Very clean, good quality, can't even hear my neighbors through the walls. Have not even seen any pests since i got here. Amenities are very clean and of high quality. Safety measures for fire in all apartments, so I know my pets are safe in case something happens while I'm away.
