The room is clean and well-maintained. The emails are welcoming, and the steps to complete move-in were straightforward. I appreciated that the staff was really flexible about paying charges.

Friendly community, safe & quiet. Continually being upgraded. Allison, manager of the complex, is always available to help & she cares about the residents. She is one of the best apartment managers I've had the pleasure of meeting.

I happened to meet my absolute best friends here, so I will always be thankful for this apartment. We have had so many fun times at the pool, and I love being able to live right by them, just a walk away!

Excellent complex with good amenities. Great location… close to stores… college campus…restaurants etc Safe neighborhood with established feel. Apartments have high ceilings, are roomy and good lighting.

Had excellent experience while touring the property. Customer service is important to me and I received both patience and all my questions were addressed.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! There's a mosquito infestation along the wood line near the dog park and we are unable to use our deck outside due to it. The dog park is also unusable because of it. They refuse to do anything about it after asking several times. We also currently have rats chewing through the drywall in our laundry room that has been delayed fixing by front office mistakes. They also continue to let delivery drivers throw your packages in the floor of parcel pending rather than putting them in a locker (where we are notified of a delivery) or deliver to the door. These apartments are way too expensive to be dealing with the crap you have to deal with here. Just don't do it.

Bell Meadowmont is truly a gem in the Chapel Hill residential pool. We love living here on the beautifully landscaped grounds within walking distance to shops, grocery, dining, parks, and schools. Our apartment is stunning and our neighbors are a delight. You’ll be in the best of hands with Adrienne, Paige, and Hannah who work everyday to make Bell Meadowmont not just an apartment home but a community.

The community and the teams are good the amenities too. The only issue is the apartment : the quality of the Ac, the windows and the insulation are average. We still have bugs in our apartment. I hate carpet in the bedroom. It is hard to maintain, there are insects inside.

Bell Meadowmont is a great place to live. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The amenities are extraordinary. The location can't be beat. I hope to be here for a long time.

We really like our new home at Bell Meadowmont. It is a good apartment with what we need and the management allows us considerable flexibility to adjust things that make it a better and welcoming home for us. We LOVE the Meadowmont community and moved to Bell Meadowmont after 17 years in a large home in Meadowmont. It was time to simplify our lives and make our community stronger. The residents of Bell Meadowmont are a diverse and friendly mix of ages and life stages--great for all of us! Bell Meadowmont is the perfect home for us now.

This is a very comfortable & friendly community. The management is very responsive to maintenance requests, and follow-up. It is a friendly, family oriented community. The location is also a plus -- shopping, schools, etc.

Staff at Bell Meadowmont have been very responsive and exceedingly helpful with our move here from the west coast. It is located within walking distance of many services and the grounds and surrounding areas are great for walking dogs.

We have leased our apartment for 3 years and we love it here and plan to stay for many more years! Meadowmont is a fantastic community and located in a premier spot for access to "everything." The apartment is lovely, the flexibility we are given to make it work for us is great. We like the neighbors and the diversity in the neighborhood--especially age diversity--families with kids, students, and "growing wiser" seniors all living well together. We feel comfortable, happy, and safe at our Bell Meadowmont home.

Management is particularly responsive to any issues I have brought up. The landscaping around the complex is very attractive and the location is fabulous. I have been here for almost five months and I'm very pleased.

Bell meadowmont is fair. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Buildings are old, and there are complex-wide roaches. Paint in various areas were peeling upon arrival (wrong product or poor craftsmanship). Beautiful neighborhood and convenient location.

Bell Meadowmont offers a variety of apartments that are truly a home and not just a temporary lodging space for either a work transfer or school career time. The apartments were designed to be personalized for long-term residency where you can feel "at home".

The staff and maintenance crews here far exceed any other complex I've lived in both in professionalism and excellence. Their positive attitudes reflect well on the high quality appearance and comfort of living here.

I moved in here March 2021 before the lockdown. Though the amenities haven't been available I love living here. The grounds are beautiful, I feel safe here and everyone in the office has been responsive. I'm looking forward to spending time at the pool and participating in activities when it's safe to do so.

I'm very satisfied with my apartment and everything else is related to availability of amenities again due to pandemic.

Bell Meadowmont is by far the only place you will find in Chapel Hill that has it all. Starting with it's convenient location all the way to it's spacious, bright and airy interiors. There are so many trails near by, a beautiful pool on site, fireflies at night, frequent food trucks, and a wonderful staff. It's actually very quiet too.

Very kind staff and well kept outdoor facilities. They are laid back, but responsive to questions. It is refreshing to not have a huge check in process, expensive deposit, and management throwing you through loops upon move in.

Maintenance is slow and surly.

Management has always been attentive to resident needs.

Bell Meadowmont has the best of all worlds - only a short bus ride from UNC's campus, walking distance to grocery stores and shopping, and in a peaceful, clean community with many-a walking trail, it is hard to beat! The staff is friendly, and the apartments are full of natural light. Definitely my favorite apartment community in Chapel Hill!

I've greatly enjoyed my experience living at Bell Meadowmont. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The location of the property is excellent with easy access to stores, highways and the Chapel Hill community. The apartment community itself is also very well maintained with walking trails nearby.

I have lived at Bell Meadowmont for over a year. Except for purchasing my own place, I would stay. It is a quiet, well maintained neighborhood. The maintenance people are outstanding and very responsive. Front office is a joy to work with. Apartments are well designed and comfortable. I highly recommend the complex.
