Truly excellent. Beautiful common area's. The apartments themselves are also beautiful and clean. In the Studio the bathroom is large, bath tub is AMAZING. In the main area and kitchen there's lots of storage space and closets. The layout of the apartment is well thought out. The standout to me is Ben in leasing. He is wonderful. He really went above and beyond to help and was so communicative.

I like this apartment because I live next to the park, trail, and it's very convenient for the kids who take the school bus every day. But recently, I've noticed that this place seems a bit neglected, with not enough cleaning, and we also get a lot of dust from the ventilation. Overall, it's cozy and peaceful place, which I'm very happy about!

We have had amazing time staying at this beautiful community. Marymoor park and Sammamish lake trail are right next to this apartment. Also all the shopping centers are in close proximity.

I’ve only lived here for a couple of weeks, but my experience so far has been incredible! I look forward to coming home each day, hanging out on the roof and enjoying the sunshine. I love living here. Great location. Close to everything but far enough away that it feels like it's in your face. Whole Foods is 5 minutes walking. Awesome maintenance team. Spectacular office crew. The new row machine in the gym is super cool and the coffee machine is excellent.

Do not rent this place, stay away for real. Summer here is like hell on earth. There is no air conditioning in the apartments, they ask you to rent some portable unit for 75 dollars a month which doesn't even cool the apartments. For the amount you are going to pay, find a place with air conditioning...it is so hot in the apartments... you literally feel like you are going to die ..it doesn't cost them anything to install proper air conditioning but they don't care about anyone but their bottom line...

This community is great. Nice location, nice staff, relatively new building. It could be built better from the insulation and heating perspective and the parking is narrow.

Great staff, maintenance is super responsive, amazing location, nice gym. The only thing that isn't great is that only 2 out of 3 elevators go all the way to the roof, but that isn't anyone's fault.

Living at Bell Marymoor park is so good that I don't really want to ruin it by getting the word out, haha. It is peaceful, people/staff and residents are positive and kind. Great finishes and features, looks fresh and new. Love proximity to Marymoor Park for my dog. Everything feels light and bright and if I want to entertain outside my apt because it is a studio (which I love) there is plenty of common space to be utilized. It is a beautiful building with good people and great surroundings. Also super convenient.

The location of the building is perfect for us! The office and maintenance staff are so nice and respond so fast (unlike other places I've lived that can never answer the phone!) we love the amenities and having the park and lake right next to us. Would absolutely recommend living here if you can!

I love being here! The location is perfect because it’s close to the shops and the nature. The property manager is super nice and friendly. The maintenance crew work very hard to maintain the building. Thank you for all the hard work guys!!
I love it here so far. The area is nice and near Lake Sammamish also very clean. Wholle goods is very close by...walking distance and there is a trail for the joggers and cyclist around.

I used to live here and I had so many problems with my neighbors, you can hear even if they sneeze, since Alexan sold the building to Bell things got worst, now that I left the building 1.5months ago I got a call from a debt collector because I own more than 800 dlls for apartment damages which never happened, I have a video of the apartment and the conditions I left it after I called them to review why they are charging me they said they will check and let me know, I don’t recommend living here unless you want to have the worst nightmare ever
The appartment is great and the management team are the best to deal with

One of the best things about Bell Marymoor Park Apartment is that it is relatively quiet for a large complex that allows pets. It is pleasant and peaceful.

Haha I've been at work almost the whole time I've 'lived here'. Haven't even unpacked. Plus covid has the common area shut down. Not much to say. I guess the main thing is, I get a good nights sleep, not too noisy, so I can put in a solid day's work. That's the main reason I moved here, and it's been pretty good so far.

Pretty nice place. I like the park view. The new management is very responsive via email which is appreciated. Reactions to the COVID-19 pandemic was great. Main problem is the noise isolation.

Bell Marymoor Park is an awesome place to live. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The individual apartments are a great size and have very nice finishes. I love all the amenities offered by the complex and the location of the complex is perfect! Easy access to the freeway, very close by grocery stores, Marymoor Park is right in the backyard, and Lake Sammamish is just a short walk away. I would recommend Bell Marymoor Park to anyone!

Truly a lovely place to live. Spacious amenities, right by Marymoor Park and a short walk to the lake. Staff are welcoming and very helpful, maintenance is responsive and communicative.
I really like living in this apartment. I love the location and the fact that walking trail is right in front and the lake is close by. I like the appliances provided in the apartment. Also, there are so many events keep happening here which allow you to know you neighbors. My friends also like this apartment who visit me here.
