Beautiful community with great amenities. Three pools, fitness center and community lounge. Maintenance is very prompt when requests are put in. Units have been recently redone. Neighborhood is very quiet and everyone is very friendly. Pet friendly with a dog park.

Had no issues with the place until i transferred units once my lease was up at my old place. New place was a complete joke when we were given the keys to move in. Office staff and maintenance staff are a joke!!!!

It’s a great community with great amenities including 3 pools tennis/pickleball court. They also put in a new playground and a great staff that’s always improving things along with a quick knowledgeable maintenance staff.

I have lived here almost a year and I have no complaints. It’s quiet and people are friendly. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the pools, gym, and community center are very nice and updated. I love the extra sitting areas and grilling areas. It feels more like a tenant owned community than rentals.

It’s okay overall, but there are some things that could be improved. One of my main concerns is with the amenities — we should be given the option to decide whether we want to pay for them, instead of having the cost included automatically in our rent or fees. Not everyone uses the amenities, so it doesn’t seem fair to be charged regardless. The apartment community itself is decent — maintenance usually responds in a reasonable time, and the grounds are generally kept clean. However, more transparency and flexibility when it comes to fees would definitely improve the living experience. Giving residents more choice in what they’re paying for would go a long way in showing respect for different needs and budgets

Awesome place! Love the amenities. Shani was so great for helping us out. Have found some bugs around the house though! Maintenance team is amazing had trouble with AC sent out request at 6:30am they were here at 8:30 and got it fixed by 12! Amazing :)

Positive Interactions, but Watch Out for Lease Renewals Living in this community definitely has its ups and downs. The main drawback is that when you renew your lease, the price will likely increase, even if similar apartments nearby are going for $200-$300 less. It's something to be aware of if you plan on long-term residency. However, my interactions with the local office staff have always been overwhelmingly positive. The managers genuinely go out of their way to help! I've personally spoken with Shyni, Nadia, Mackenzie, and Ashlyn, and every single one of them has been incredibly helpful and accommodating. They're always willing to work with residents' requests and genuinely try to find the best rental options available. Their dedication to customer service is a huge plus for this community.

Great apartment community!!! Excellent office personnel. Location, location, location!!! Most everything is nearby, banks, grocery store, restaurants, golf courses, churches, automobile shops, etc.!!!

Great, quiet community that is close in proximity to everything. Pools are very nice and the gym upgrades are great! Office personnel are very friendly and easy to work with.

We moved from out of state and couldn't get here before the office closed. They made sure that we were still able to get into our apartment even though the office was closed. The office staff also left some little welcoming items. They were so thoughtful!

It's like living in a vacation-land. everything is always clean and being actively improved upon. great communication from the management. the service and maintenance staff are awesome coming and fixing things pretty much as soon as you submit a request. the gym is great. the poools are phenomenal. the new community center is like having co-working space for remote workers with everythign you'd expect from an office, but more. you can step out an take a dip in the pool on lunch or use the many community grills to cook up something. 10/10 would recommmend. i would say it's the people that akes it special, but people have to take a backseat to the amazing pet parade that's going on on every street and every pet park here. haven't tried the tennis courts but bounced a few basketballs.
