Anything you need addressed super quick and easy, maintenance team above and beyond if I could put more than 5 stars I would. I love this community

We’ve been living in this community for the past couple of years. Bell Lake Forest has been a truly great experience for our family. The staff is friendly, professional, and always responsive. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which has made living here stress-free. The environment is clean, safe, and family-friendly — everything we were looking for. It really feels like home here. We appreciate how well everything is managed and maintained. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-run place to live!

I just moved in a few days ago and couldn’t be happier with our apartment and Bell Lake Community. A special thank you to Brianna and Erika for working with me from start to finish and made the whole process seamless.

For the most part, I genuinely love living here. There are a few things I wish were improved but idk if you can blame the apartment complex itself for the issue of neighbors. There is a constant beeping for smoke detectors all over the complex which gets old, animal waste is not always cleaned up which is unfortunate, and I’d love for the lights to not connect with other people in the building and randomly turn on throughout the day/night. Again, most of this isn’t the complex’s fault but it does affect how you feel about where you live. I will say if there is ever a maintenance issue, they’re really quick about getting it handled and taking care of the problem from start to finish. We had quite a debacle with our dishwasher and they replaced the whole unit. I really appreciate that kind of dedication to the residents.

Briana and Erica were a great help and super organized from the start of the tour to moving in day. Briana was thorough and made sure I understood the layout of the community. I was a bit disappointed with a few parts of unit that needed to be adjusted after move-in. The left kitchen sink knob and bathtub handle was loose. There were two door hinges that needed to be tightened and there were a few cabinets that had noticeably chipped paint. Maint tended to it immediately after move-in which was helpful.

I sold my house and moved to an apartment at Bell Lake Forest in Sanford. The pool is nicer than mine. The fire pit is bigger than mine. The gym is right downstairs. I don’t have to do yardwork if something breaks they fix it. I don’t have to take care of the pool or pay taxes or homeowners insurance or hope my roof doesn’t blow away in a hurricane. Apartment living is awesome and this is the nicest place.

I Love it here so far!! every thing is so nice and super close by!! The dog park is just down the stairs the Publix is a minute walk from here!! Very convenient! And the amenities are super nice I love the gym!! And pool!!

The staff here is amazing and so helpful they walked us through every step in the process of moving into our new home. The area is quiet and kept very clean. Everyone is so friendly i can’t wait to see what this adventure holds in bell lake :)

Bell lake forest has been an amazing community and complex to live at! The staff and maintenance team are so incredibly kind, attentive, efficient, and wonderful! They always have such fun events going on and food trucks which is so amazing! The amenities are also so nice, especially the pool! We love our home here at the Bell Lake Forest

Living at Bell Lake Forest has been a fantastic experience. The community is great and offers everything you need nearby.The management team is generally responsive, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. Staff members are very professional and provide excellent customer service. I would hardly recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

The apartment complex’s vibe is serene, just feels safe and calm but still productive and functional. The unit has great storage in the kitchen and the bedroom closets. We got new carpet put in our unit before moving in which was a huge WIN! It made the place feel brand new and really like it was our own.

Briana is so nice and helpful. I am in love with my new place, very peaceful neighborhood. I look forward to my stay here. The move in process was easy

Great communication from the team, great looking area, apartments are nice and well kept, gym could use a few upgrades but overall great place!

At Bell Lake Forest you will find a place to call home. From the community, the stores around, very convenient....to the gym around, revreation are by the pool and amenities in the club house....every corner gives you a great vibe or atmosphere. I will recommend this community to anyone looking for a peaceful place to leave.

Love the free coffee and the upgraded amenities. The pool is awesome and the huge gates. The counter tops are really nice and love the stainless steel and the large cabinets in kitchen.

So clean and quiet here everyone is super nice and very up kept apartments here at bell lake. Easy move in just wish more lighting in the parking lot

It is so cozy here! The staff is so friendly and really makes you feel welcome. Whenever I walk into my apartment, it really does feel like home.

Easy move in experience. The assistant manager took care of all the paperwork for moving in and she is a ball of sunshine and very friendly. Everything is clean and quiet.

This year has been an extraordinary experience here at Bell Lake Forest!! We are all happy to be part of this community ?? My family enjoy the the pool area and amenities that the club house offers. The gym area is so peaceful and nobody bothers while exercising. Overall, it has been a great experience. We will recommend this apartment complex (home type of feeling) to anyone ??

I love this community. The area is always clean, it is generally quite, and I rarely hear anyone in the unit above ours (which anyone knows in apt living, thats unheard of). We have already resigned our lease for the next year and I genuinely look forward to the next year with Bell Lake!

Just moved in - in the midst of a hurricane. The office staff was amazing during the lease process. And when the whole community was without power they kept us informed. Also had a coffee and donuts time for people to come by the club house.

I'm so grateful I found this complex in my apartment search. Luxury-style apartments but without the luxury-style price tag. I love living here.

Our experience with Bell Lake Forest has exceeded our expectations from the start! The community management/leasing team is simply incredible! They are the epitome of customer service - readily available to answer our calls (and our many questions), consistent and timely with their follow-up, and friendly with every interaction…from our very first visit and tour, to application and securing our lease, to move-in and now officially residing at BLF. The community is conveniently located near the college we attend, local shopping and restaurants (and Publix is right next door). The amenities at Bell Lake Forest are perfect for our needs - we love the pool and gym (and of course, the coffee machine in the main building!). The grounds are clean and beautifully maintained. And most importantly, we feel safe living here. We are so thankful to be a part of the Bell Lake Forest family and highly recommend this community to anyone considering a move to the Sanford area.

The staff, the community, my apartment, everything has been amazing thus far and I’m glad I can call this place my home! Everyone is very friendly and clearly they also enjoy living here as well !

Brianna is amazing and very attentive to the resident’s needs. The grounds are always tended to and very clean. The maintenance staff is on top of tickets and always very courteous.

My husband and I love it here. Staff are always very friendly, compassionate and fast to respond. Neighbors seem to be respectful and polite. The negatives I have are that I do not like to pay for the trash service when I am responsible to take it down to the dumpster and can follow the rules. I feel this charge should be billed to only the offenders and not responsible tenants. I also have issue with the paint on the doors that is very easily scratched and can become an eyesore. And lastly the white stucco paint have a dark brown or rust like color that bleeds through. Overall it is a pleasant place to live.

Moving into Bell Lake Forest was an easy experience. The staff is very pleased and professional. They made me feel confident that I had made the right choice.

Quiet complex, feels safe. Staff are friendly and maintenance request are completed quickly, and if there is a delay or a part needs replaced they keep you updated and complete the repair as quickly as possible.

It’s a great quiet neighborhood, family and pet friendly. We love taking nightly walks here and feel very safe. The supermarket is right next door which is always a lifesaver

I love it here. Depending on where my family & I stand we are praying to transfer to a 2 bedroom and stay another year. Staff & maintenance have been the greatest and always have time for small talk. When needed, they try their best to accommodate if something needs to be done. Blessed to be part of Bell Lake Forest community.

Beautiful quiet space and I love my little island! We are so happy here. Great price and really close to I-4. Publix within walking distance is a beauty as well.

I genuinely love the maintenance and staff here. They are very kind and quick to respond. I only wish the prices were lower, but it isn’t just this complex with pricey rent.

Our community is not only beautiful. The staff in our community starting with our maintenance crew to the ladies that stand in front are all courteous, polite. Our office is always smelling amazing. Happy to be going on my 2 years.

Absolutely love living at bell lake! It’s super quiet and the amenities are amazing!! I also really like that if we ever have a problem, maintenance or the front office is there to help!
