LOVING OUR LIFE IN BELL KEN-CARYL APARTMENTS! We are from Breckenridge, CO, after 17 years living the great mountain life, was time for our family to start a new adventure in the city. We looked everywhere on this side of the FRONT RANGE, I think the south west area of Denver offers the best of the best. Schools, location, trails, easy access to main highways and amazing views. Red Rocks is super close too. We toured maybe 20 different apartments complexes , new, old, fancy, big and small, and finally found Bell Ken-Caryl Apartments. From the moment we arrived until today has being fantastic. The staff if kind and professional, Sarah the manager is AMAZING, also Jessie the assistant manager and the maintenance team are always on top of things. Great community, safe, chill , super clean , a mix of cozy and modern, great pool, gym and fun club house. PERFECT LOCATION , with 2 big supermarkets just 5 minutes away , the trail system around the corner , restaurants and great schools near by too. 470 and 285 highways just minutes away, & all around beautiful suburban neighborhoods to explore. I keep saying that it feels like a small mountain village. We are lucky to live here and we are looking forward to many more wonderful seasons! So if you love the outdoors, an active lifestyle, easy access to Denver city vibe. and great value for your money with great amenities, this is the place to be!
We found the process of renting easy at Bell Ken-Caryl and the office was responsive. The apartments are roomy with contemporary fixtures and layout. The facilities - workout room, common area, pool and hot tub were great. When we left the apartment (we bought a house), the office was flexible on the move. Because we were short term renters, Bell Ken-Caryl offered the best value and service. The location is convenient to 470, hiking and shopping.

The staff is always attentive to you and stop whatever they are doing to make you feel like you are important. They have good follow up and make sure the problem was taken care of promptly. The maintenance techs are knowledgeable and usually fix it right the first time out. By far the best apartment living experience I’ve ever had.

Website is misleading concerning apartment specifics. Office staff upon initial visit as new resident was not professional as there were several people in the office and only one person seemed to be doing anything. As a new resident no one even gave a greeting as I entered the office. Voiced concerns to manager and tone along with overall attitude was not professional from this individual.

We have lived here for over a year now and everything about this complex is amazing. From the attentiveness of the staff and maintenance to the overall cleanliness of the complex, I 100% recommend Bell Ken Caryl. We have never felt more at home in an apartment ??
We have really loved the pool and hot tub. We use it almost every day. We have also been to the pools at the ranch and they are really nice!
I love living here due to the staff, well-kept grounds, and overall experience given when you stay here. Being here has made me enjoy apartment living again.

Bell Ken Caryl has been a great place to live. We love being walking distance to a supermarket, a pharmacy, a post office, restaurants, etc. We've really enjoyed being so close to South Valley Park and having access to the KC Ranch trails, walking paths, and parks! Armando is an awesome groundskeeper - he takes excellent care of the property, and we really appreciate it. Give that man a raise!

I absolutely have nothing bad to say about this community. Since the day I transferred here from another Bell Community, its been the best change possible. The team here actually cares for its residents, they are always having fun things going on, they are extremely timely and care about everyone here. I can tell I made the best choice for my family to move here, I cant wait to spend many more years here!

We are very happy with the size and layout of our apartment. Its convenient to C470 and yet a very quiet community.
I've really enjoyed being here so far. The process was super smooth from start to finish. Robert has been so kind and helpful. It's clear there is pride in the work the team does here.
Make sure you document every scratch, during your move-in inspection (take pictures). When you move out, they will charge you for everything they can (full paint job, new carpet + carpet clean, etc). My apartment was in good condition and they tried to charge me $600+. I lived in 4 apartments in NYC and never once was a charged a dollar on move out. Also every spring/summer there is a huge migration of birds that nest all over the complex so expect bird waste to be all over the parking lot and your deck.
Nice place, helpful staff (including some who live in the complex themselves), quiet, clean, safe, good parking, good views. I looked at a lot of places, and am very glad I chose Bell Ken-Caryl.

The Bell Ken Caryl is a well maintained community, and friendly and fast service.
The staff here is amazing, we had to locate a place with very little notice and I was moving from across the country. The staff here selected my apartment for me and made sure to ask about my preferences which was natural light. I could not be happier with the unit selected!! They treat the residents with respect, and are incredibly friendly. The moving process was so fast and smooth which took away a lot of anxiety for me!

Bell Ken Caryl is in a beautiful location. The apartments are updated and the grounds are spotless. Management and maintenance are always helpful and friendly.
Bell Ken-Caryl is a well-maintained community for a reasonable price located within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, post office, and UPS shipping.
The Bell Caryl Apt community is wonderful place to live with beautiful front range mountain views near the hiking and biking trails. The one bedroom Apts are spacious with a garage to park your car. Management treats residents well and ensures all Apts are well maintained.

Literally just moved in yesterday - but so far, everything and everybody was wonderful!
Moved in April and it's be wonderful. Have not lived in an apartment in forever-had some anxiety about it. No concerns or issues as of yet. In fact, we are moving into a three bedroom in July. The residents are for the most part keep to themselves and are quiet. The staff are awesome! Monica and Sarah are available to help with whatever you have going. The amenities are amazing too. A heated pool and a hot tub. The common area has several televisions and lots of room to hang out. And their coffee machine pours Starbuck's and it is free.
Bell Ken-Caryl is an amazing place to live. Location is perfect for getting anywhere. Management and maintenance staff are great. I've never felt more at home than i do here. :) Thank you for taking care of us!

Maintenance is always on top of things. Parking is great and the staff are all extremely kind. The amenities are always very clean and organized.
The appt complex is in a great location, next to many shopping centers & tucked right against the foothills for nice views. The appartments are very modern and nice with new appliances, the staff is kind and professional, quick help out with any questions or concerns you may have. Overall very happy with my decision to move here.
We have fallen in love with the staff and community at Bell Ken-Caryl. Sarah, Bre, and Monica are amazing people. They work with you, are so kind in every interaction, and are great to just stop and chat with! On top of that the community is beautiful, maintenance does an amazing job on upkeep and are very friendly people. We have never lived in an apartment before and were a bit frightened at the idea but Bell Ken-Caryl has been an amazing experience for us! We value the staffing community the most for who they are, the way they conduct business, and the never-ending friendliness they show us!
I feel the Bldg. is kept well. I have had a flood issue from my air conditioning. Was replaced as soon as possible. Same with my washer. They replaced it almost the next day. Have needed light bulbs replaced. Replaced the same day. Very good response when you have a breakage or need service.

Beautiful apartment homes that are well maintained. Its a quiet neighborhood that has amazing hikes at the nearby Ken Caryl Ranch.

This is one of the most well maintained, clean and beautiful properties Ive lived at. Its quiet here, the staff is friendly and quick to respond! Its been a great place for my son and I!
Wonderful place to live. Quiet, family oriented property and very well run.
I love these apartments. They are very clean, very close to just about anything I would need (safeway, gym, brewery) and most importantly they are literally a bike ride away from mountain trails and to chatfield lake. The monthly cost is reasonable and worth it when considering everything you get. Would recommend it to anyone
My wife and I have been at Bell Ken - Caryl for 3 years we love the location and the community is so well kept up and maintained we are lucky to have found this place when we did.
