The staff are helpful and nice, the apartment at move in was great apart from some minor cosmetic defects. It can be tough to find parking if you don't also buy covered parking or a garage. Heb and target are immediately across the street. Overall really good place.

Everyone has been nice and helpful at the office. The community has also been quiet. So far so good! Location is super with target and HEB in walking distance.
I love how quiet the apartment community is here. Not to mention how convenient it is to have a Target around the corner. I don’t have to drive to go to the store anymore I can just walk there.
No issues great environment and always have stuff going on for the community to be apart of. Love that is friendly and my dog enjoys just wish it had more trails.

Would be good if we have a outside play area like basketball/tennis court…and also good to have couple of dumpsters around the community rather than vallet trash system. Due to inflation, would appreciate if you could consider the renewal raise in rental prices and make it affordable for the tenants. We like being here for a while now, having good experience so far. The leasing and move in process was super smooth and easy. I only did a virtual tour of my apartment before moving in and the virtual tour did not do it justice. When I actually saw the apartment in person I was blown away. Cannot recommend enough

So far I really like the apartment complex. Maintenance is quick and detailed which I appreciate so much and the leasing office is responsive and always helpful.

I have been living at Bell four for the past 3 years. and I couldn't be more delighted with my decision. This community has truly redefined my expectations of apartment living, making it an experience worth celebrating. From the moment I moved in, the leasing and management team have been incredibly accommodating and helpful. They ensured a smooth transition and were always available to address any queries or concerns. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff have played a significant role in creating a sense of community and making me feel right at home. The design and layout of my apartment are both functional and stylish. The attention to detail in the interior design, coupled with high-quality appliances, has made my living space not only comfortable but also aesthetically pleasing. Only thing is Rental Price are high, when the market is coming down, lets see what in store when I renew.

My experience is wonderful here. Every week community staff organized some activity for their residents. They were offered some snacks and juice as well.

Peaceful environment, location is awesome with two great stores by our side. Office team does an awesome job feeding us during their food events, and maintenance team is always in top of work orders.

All around it’s okay. Can’t complain I guess. Not blown away by anything. The change in staff was a good move. Although I never did get my $500 for renewing my lease by the previous staff. And then told I’d still get it by the new staff. Never got it. Probably wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless they are just looking for cheap or close to work like me.

There are so many positive aspects about living at Bell Four Points apartments and the first and foremost is the front office. They are truly genuine when you meet them. They have always provide immediate care and service. The maintenance staff is well versed and extremely knowledge at the residents needs and the go far and beyond what is expected. Not to mention the many events that are provided for residents and guests. I'm eminently grateful to reside here, thank you.
Everyone was super nice and helpful! Especially Ian & Jennifer!! They made the whole move in and application process a breeze and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions

Nice apartments. In a very nice and most certainly a convenient area with shopping centers in walking distance, such as Target and H-E-B. I really enjoy it here.

Very pleased with the customer service! Maintenance visited us our first day here to address minor issues and management has been available to answer all of our questions.

Been great so far. So much so that I have referred people to move to Bell Four Points. The gym was refurbished which has been really great and everything is well kept within the community.
The leasing and maintenance employees are wonderful and always provide the best customer service especially Ian (Office) and Rogelio (Maintenace). Thank you,
The office staff are very helpful and kind as well as maintenance, however there were many things missed during the make ready including a very scratched stove and flooring throughout, maintenance did fix issues I brought to there attention but presentation was not the best, love the floor plan and community and like I said they are quick to respond to issues

We love living here! Very convenient to shopping. Always clean and staff is very responsive. The workout facilities are great, new and upgraded.

The constant noise in the apartment complex is nerve wracking. And when you complain to the office, they do nothing about it. If you want an over priced apartment with no noise buffering at all, a flippant office staff, and persistent bug problems? Move here. The layouts of the apartments are okay, though.
