Property Ratings at Bell Bradburn
We've lived in Bradburn for 17 years, and even though it's obviously older now, the community has improved over time, as the landscaping has matured and the apartments and facilities have been very well maintained.
Worst first month experience. Leadership is horrible and does not take ownership of their actions on how to deliver customer service for the tenants.
Apartments are nice. Management, facilities, and maintenance are severely lacking.
When we first moved in we had issues but they were resolved in a timely manner. Now it seems like it takes weeks for a response or a fix. Not a happy resident at all.
At this rate, I cannot in good conscious recommend Bell Bradburn. The maintenance delays alone the steady incremental increase in rent month- over- month is not something to promote.
Takes a long time to respond to work orders and the pool is insane hot for summer. The rents here r nuts and they really don’t care. It’s 90 outside the pool shouldn’t be the same
I have lived here since 2013. Its a very nice and clean complex. I love it here.
Do not rent here, they do not complete maintenance requests. Appliances and the heating unit are consistently unreliable.
Do yourself, your kids and your dogs a favor and MOVE HERE!!! This hidden gem of a community has everything you need, all within walking distance, plus the friendliest staff, best amenities and a whole host of regular community events! The property is beautifully landscaped with tree lined streets and easy access to Big Dry Creek Trail and tons of open space parks. My apartment is beautiful with a gorgeous view, lots of light and fresh air. The entire staff is friendly and super responsive to questions and maintenance requests. It’s a super peaceful, welcoming place to live!
Waiting over a month for a simple maintenance request that should only take 5 minutes to complete is utterly ridiculous. I’m not sure if it’s laziness, incompetence or both.
Call center is terrible. Would rather not talk to anyone then them. Unable to help with even basic information when local staff is busy. Example being what was the mailbox number
I love Bell Bradburn! Renesha and team were unbelievably helpful on our move in. After many places of looking, they actually took time to help me. I am forever great full !
We love living here! Our apartment feels like home and there is a great open space for walking/running our dog. This community has truly made Colorado home to us.
Bell Bradburn is a very home-like neighborhood/community. People are generally good about cleaning up after their pets, staff is friendly, maintenance is quick and professional, and the price for what you get is very good.
We're now into our 17th year at Bradburn. We've lived here a lot longer than at anywhere else we've ever lived. The reason is we enjoy this community, and our apartment is perfect for us.
Love it here. Thanks to the maintenance crew who always does a fantastic job.

My a/c broke on Saunday morning and once again, the office and maintenance staff surpassed my expectations. Very quick to respond, left a portable a/c and my a/c was fixed the next day. So happy to have a community where all of the staff is so friendly, professional, responsive and keeps you informed.

The best apartment ever because it doesn't feel like one. The appliances and finishes are highend. You will love it here!
Apartments are nice and rent is better than most. Facilities are not properly maintained, particularly the pool area and hot tub. Disappointing for and upscale community. I am not sure if I will renew my lease.
The housing type and model is excellent at the Bell Bradburn and it is close to many amenities that we want to live close to. The property just isnt maintained very well in the common areas and it detracts from us wanting to renew our lease.
Im starting realize how awful this place is run. Nothing gets done. Rent is high. There is zero security. And no one seems to care.
We love our experience at Bell Bradburn so far! Management has been very helpful and made move-in very easy. It's a fantastic community for the price, too.
The community itself is nice and looks nice on the outside. But I've been unhappy with the state of the apartment. I've also been unhappy with how many emails and maintenance requests go ignored.
Overall, I have been pleased with my experience living at Bell Bradburn - the community is well maintained, and quiet. Management and/or maintenance have been responsive to my needs and concerns. My unit was clean and in good condition when I moved in. I recommend Bell Bradburn.

We have lived in this apartment complex for 15 years. Over time the living conditions have actually improved, as the landscaping has matured and more amenities have become available in the neighborhood.

We've lived in Bradburn for 15 years, and our level of satisfaction is as high as ever. The surrounding area has grown up around Bradburn, so there are more local amenities, and as the trees in the neighborhood have matured, the overall look of the community has improved. Also, the look of the interior of the clubhouse improved dramatically after Bell took over. All the staff, Stephanie, Christine, Ranisha, have handled the Covid issues extremely well.
Please lower the rental rates, you are choking us out

The community is overall aesthetically pleasing - the architecture, the mature trees, landscaping, the pool area (other than the issues I previously mentioned pertaining to the area specifically by my unit). The community is quiet - I feel safe here and enjoy living here.

Its been a pleasure living at Bell Bradburn over the 2020-2021 period. Its a nice community thats easily accessible to shopping and at the same time feels tucked away. Their maintenance team and leasing staff work very hard and are always busy trying to meet their tenants needs. 5 Star service in my opinion, will miss living in this part of town and in particular at Bell Bradburn.
Updated appliances and fixtures would help make Bradburn more appealing.
Maintenance issues have always been handled promptly and well. The maintenance team is knowledgeable and courteous.
Bell Bradburn is a great community to live in! Very pleased with management and village like living. It also has great trails to hike.

It took me awhile to get settled in, but now that I have I am so happy to call Bell Bradburn my home. I am surrounded by several kind neighbors and I dont even know how to put into words the quality of the staff (both leasing/office and maintenance) except to say incredible. They are all professional, but also truly sincere in how they care for the residents and am happy to be one!

Beautiful complex, plenty of parking usually, be aware of the smokers all over the complex. Close to shopping and restaurants. Walking distance to most things.. very close to open spaces for hiking and dog walking. Friendly office staff and helpful maintenance staff.
We just moved in physically over a week ago and because of a house we are selling we are just now catching our breath. There are several issues that need to be addressed that pertain to our condo as well as the complex itself. I will be presenting those items within the next several days. Suffice to say, as long as you just look forward and dont look up or down or smell the alley trash, all is well.
Absolutely love living at Bradburn! Beautiful property. The staff makes you feel like family. Close knit community. Love my neighbors. Love the amenities. Great location! I feel safe and secure. Its a great place to live. I could not have chosen a better place.
If you know how to cook and plan to do it ever in your home, dont move here. We still love our unit but for no other reason besides the fact that weve never lived in a townhouse. In reality, its more than abundantly clear they didnt care about making this unit feel new for us. Countless things were broken or still are broken because theyve ignored our maintenance requests and we moved in to countless safety hazards. DO NOT move here with young children. We cut our feet up upon entry because the metal guards on the stairs were jagged and incredibly sharp, weve burned ourselves badly trying to cook with the oven on (the ENTIRE stove heats up to absolutely sear your skin). This cant be just the way it is as we were told...
This is by far my favorite apartment I've lived in. The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, but the community and neighborhood are a huge plus as well. I've loved every minute living at Bell Bradburn!
New here but so far I love the neighborhood, Christine was very professional and helpful with the lease, and we had a maintenance order already fulfilled.
