Excellent community. Private, great location . The townhouses are basically close to brand new with great layouts. Amenities are good , nice pool biz center and state of art gym.

I have lived here a year now. I do love my apartment. Grounds are clean and well maintained, maintenance is great and management is responsive.

I love how nice and beautiful the buildings are and I would recommend this place except for the parking situation which will only get worse as the units fill up completely.

I thoroughly enjoy living at Bell at Broken Sound. The entire staff from management to maintenance are a joy to work with. They are always kind and eager to solve any issue that may arrive. Exciting events are now in place for families with young children and I am happy to see that. My townhome is so spacious and homey I very much enjoy it. Come live at Bell welcome! Bell is an incredible community to live in. Very well maintained with impeccable attention to detail. Staff and maintenance crew are professional, pleasant and diligent. Bell sets the bar for rental communities, no doubt top 5 in my experience.
I really enjoy living at Bell at Broken Sound. The office and maintenance staff are always helpful and friendly. It is truly easy living here. The grounds are maintained beautifully and we have a pond behind us which provides for a peaceful, pretty walk with your dog and/or for exercise. The gym overlooks the pool and has enough up to date equipment that you don't need to join a gym.

I have lived in numerous apartment communities but yet to find a better maintenance crew like Bell at Broken Sound.
I am more than thrilled that I decided to live here. It is clean, quiet, with a fabulous pool, gym and business center and plenty of parking (finding parking is a big issue at most rental properties). It has all the amenities of a resort! They even have bikes you can borrow if you want to go for a bike ride.The parking lot is well lit up at night and you need a key fab to get into anything on the property so that not just anyone can get in. The location is excellent as well. I want to thank the staff...Laura, Ashley, Jasmine and Erwin from the office staff for being so welcoming and accommodating. Each one of them has gone out of their way at some point for me personally to make living here a pleasure. I have lived at other rental communities in Boca and regretted it. I will definitely renew my lease here at The Lumin when it is up!
