Do not rent here!! STAY AWAY
After my folks moved in, 6 months later all the care they required and why they moved in was taken away. The price of the old apartment never went down. My dad put in $300,000 to lower his rent and go for the life lease program. The unit its self is old and need of a update and paint. The elevator works sometimes and is broken more then working. My folks need to move to get the help they need and the $300,000 is being held until they decide to return it to them. Some people have waited 1 year and nothing. I don't know how The management and owners sleep at night knowing they are taking advantage of these old folks who have all their money tied up. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS
