I have rented many apartments in my life but the Beckon Collective is by far the most professional landlord I have had. They were upfront about my rental charges which is impossible to find in the West Chester area and they made the leasing process smooth and easy!

If you have cats, dogs -- heck if you have a komodo dragon -- Beckon will find a way to accommodate you and your beloved pet's needs. (Probably not the komodo dragon but just because they're extremely poisonous.) The staff here is warm and friendly and the community being centered around animal lovers makes it a uniquely neighborly place to live!

It's a decent location, but you'll be price gouged after you're in. They use price optimizers now that tag on over $400 onto your base rent. Amenities don't justify the crazy price. There is no parking. They will threaten to tow your car even when it's their fault that there is not enough parking for how many residents live here.

Living at The Beckon Collective has been a wonderful experience. The building itself is beautiful, with modern, clean apartments and well-maintained common areas. Management has been exceptional, and my overall experience has been highly positive. While some older reviews mention issues, I haven’t encountered any of these problems myself. In fact, my experience has been the opposite, which shows that management is attentive and responsive to feedback.

I recently moved into beckon after living right in town. I love the fact that I am close enough to town, but not being kept up at night by college students. Although I am a student myself and attend WCU and the drive to campus is nothing!

Very nice place to live. Adequate amount of amenities and fun things to do weekly or monthly set by management. Updated appliances and layout. Hardwood floors and carpet in the bedrooms are great. Decent size closets, and nice size bathrooms. Very happy with our news. Feels like luxury living.

I have lived at the Beckon Collective for several weeks so far, and have found it to be a pleasant experience. I love the apartment's huge windows and modern minimalist look, the apartment layout makes good use of space. Additionally, many little details are done well; for example the cabinets and drawers have a quiet-close doors that don't slam shut. Amenities like in-apartment laundry units, secure deliveries, and trash pickup make it feel like staying in a hotel. Also it seems like the building is eco-efficient, the lights are all LEDs, and the plumbing works well while reducing water use. One small thing that could use some improvement is sound dampening in public areas. The hallways could use some sound absorption paneling on the ceiling to help muffle noise; the apartment doors also seem a bit thin, when I walk down the main hall I can clearly hear people talking in their apartments even when they are only talking at normal volume. Sound between apartment walls has not been a problem though, that has been pretty average compared to other places I have lived. So far though, I have had a very good apartment experience and would recommend it. You get a nice apartment and amenities in a convenient location; you are near a major road without the excessive neighborhood traffic you'd get somewhere more heavily developed.
